Hertz made for an easy rental. Did most of the rental Online vehicle was at the airport to pick up quick sign of the paperwork exchange of keys and out the door to get into the car. Returning the vehicle was along the same lines.. maid rental of the car very easy and efficient. Will use again

The front desk service was extremely poor. Before renting, we asked what cars were available for renting right now, and the staff mentioned a Camry and a Nissan. We said we preferred the Camry. However, in the end, she brought out the keys to a Nissan. When I asked if we could switch to the Camry, she said, “We don’t have any Camrys right now.” but the fact is there are more than 5 Camry outside.

Horrible experience with this location. Delivered a car above the price we agreed on and then took over a week to get a refund since I did rent their car. Beware of the bait and switch.

I love everything about renting a vehicle from this Hertz rental car center at Athens-Ben Epps airport in Athens, Georgia. The staff went out of their way with personable service at a great rate. It is so easy to navigate the entire process from start to finish.

Worst rental service ever! They will double and triple charge you. They won’t maintain records of it. They will say they are repaying you back, and they never will. Even after submitting bank statements, they will still drag their feet. We have been trying to get reimbursed for several months now. Do NOT use them if you wish to have a wallet to hold afterward! We also had tried to buy a vehicle through the car sales team prior to this. They lied repeatedly to us about getting it ready, and they even said it was ready to come pick up. We come that morning, and surprise it was a farce. No van was there suddenly. Imagine that! We finally got fed up and said forget it.

Hertz did a fantastic job on our rental! They had the vehicle waiting for us at the body shop and worked directly with the insurance company. Courtney did a great job making sure everything was up to date and processed properly.

Rented a car at the Atlanta Airport on 8/8 and brought it to this location at Athens on 8/10 due to an oil leak. The manager was out that day but they took the old car in and rented us a new car telling us the manager would be in the next day and he would void out the first contract. Well a few weeks after my trip I got a letter in the mail asking me to return the first car basically saying I stole it. Now I live in New England and left 8/21, received this letter 9/4 and flew home so zero chance of that. After starightening that out they now say I had the car for over a month and have charged me over $3000. Obviously the manager did not void out my contract and I'm now dealing with this mess. Not very happy, definitely will not rent a vehicle from Hertz again. Do not do business with this company.
