The office we visited there was very efficiently run. We were seen within 5 minutes of our appointment time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions about the brace for my wife's ankle.

The service is pretty fast. Never in there over an hour. Doctors never make you feel like a drug addiction. They listen with compassion and understanding. This is the pain clinic to go to if you want genuine results.

I LOVE Dr Ashford all of His medical Staff. FINALLY there’s a place where I’m accepted and actually treated for my pain. Dr Ashford and his amazing medical personnel has changed my perspective on Pain Clinics. I highly recommend Ashford Pain Solutions to everyone seeking pain relief; this pain clinic has never failed to treat me with respect and has addressed me, Always, with a smile for the past 6 months. ***Side note*** on other pain clinics and my past experiences... In the past 10 years I have been treated like a nuisance and a number, bounced from one Dr to the next... I’ve been discarded, abandoned and totally defeated. Last year before I found Ashford Pain Solutions I was in so much pain I was toggling between giving up on life by taking myself out of this fight or seeking street drugs to use so that I could at least not care about how much pain I was in, even just for a few hours... I obviously did neither of those things... but those thoughts crossed my mind much more frequently than I’d like to admit. I’m writing this review to express exactly how much Dr Ashford and his staff have changed my life. I am not completely pain free, but I’m not suffering in silence either. In 10 years of seeking pain specialists, I’ve been treated like I was a statistical drug abuser instead of a human being desperate to be supported and treated like an actual “patient in pain” instead of like I’m waiting in line to beat down and told I’m on too much pain medication and it needs to be reduced... when I was already suffering and not a able to be productive human being. I suggest going to Dr Ashford because him and his office has changed the way I’ve been treated and he has made all the difference in my life. I’ve never had any pain clinic treat me with a grain of respect the way Ashford pain solutions has. So I say a big THANK YOU to him and his staff.

Dr. Hawthorne was exceptionally nice and professional. Office staff not so much. Called over 30 times during office hours only to get voicemail that has no room for leaving a message. Noticed while there when phone rang they pushed a button and phone quit ringing. Front counter is damaging business in my opinion. If you need daily pain relief, this is not the place for you.
