We are undergoing a “forced remodel” following a chimney fire that resulted in a substantial amount of water damage that technically saved the structure of our home. All “soft” goods were lost, but Shannon & Julie made the process of measuring for and orienting our living room furniture so much easier than I could have ever hoped. Considerations for surfaces and floor coverings were made with regards to pets, normal traffic, children’s ages, and proximity to other spaces. The invaluable expertise of staff is very much appreciated, and Shannon went above and beyond in the selection of durable finishes and honest feedback about comfort AND function. Her pursuit of a gorgeous rug to fit our space and to protect new hardwoods will not be forgotten. They have repeat customers for many good reasons!
