Harbor Freight will never get anymore of my business. They just charged me a $10 restocking fee for a broken item. How can you restock a broken item? I hope that $10 is more valuable than my business.

Very nice store & fairly well stocked. All of the store associates that we encountered were very friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. They helped us find almost everything that we came for. The only thing they didn't have that we needed was some rubber cement. *A quick mention only meant as Constructive Criticism*: They did have quite a few "holes"/empty spots on the shelves, most of which were sales items. However, to be fair, when I visited the store it was about an hour before closing on a Sunday evening after a pretty big week's long sale or more. Not to mention, there were already associates stocking out items from their overstock to replenish the shelves. The only other minor "nit pick" I had, again, this is ONLY Meant As CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, would have been the cashier not asking/reminding us if we had any coupons to use before "cashing out"/paying. Unfortunately, that was the case with me, forgetting to give her the coupons towards the order/against the total. However you'd like to say it. ;-p All in all, it was a very good first time shopping trip & experience at this Harbor Freight Tools location! I will be sure to come back here to purchase as much of my tools, equipment, & materials that I can and have the need for. I hope to continue having a very good shopping experience here. I really loved this store. The discounts were awesome, same items as big name places as lowes or home depot but half the price. The facility was very clean and very well organizer according to items. The employees were very nice and super helpful when asked if they had certain items.

I needed some clamps for a project but didn't want to spend $30-50 per clamp for a 36"+ clamp. I came here and got exactly what I needed, plus there was a special on them. $8.99 per clamp, I'm a happy camper! They worked perfectly, for what would have cost for 1 clamp I got 4!

I went to purchase a black friday deal iffered early on Wednesday. I was literally in and out in less than 10 minutes. I brought the barcode to the register and checked out. By the time I walked out the door, my item was being rolled out of the side door by an employee eager to walk it all the way to my car and load it. My husband will love his plate jack, and this harbor freight made my experience seamless and easy! Great enthusiastic service!
