If I could rate them a zero I would. They are disrespectful to women and won’t even have a discussion with me over the phone regarding what materials are available for order. I tried to order materials to resurface my deck last year and they required me to drive to the store and provide my materials list rather than allowing me to send via email or provide over the phone. When I showed up at the store no one offers to help me and when someone finally asks if I need help they act as if I have no clue what I’m talking about. It’s very disheartening and disappointing. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thank you.

We delivered a load here. The company has been operating since 7 AM. They have a large unloading area. The unloading was done quickly and carefully.

Really disappointed with these folks. Purchased 70 Yellawood Premium Pressure treated 5/4x6x14 boards. I did not notice until I got back to the shop, but the employee loaded #1 grade not Premium. I brought it to their attention the next day. They told me they had the boards, they would pull them and put my name on them and to to come back to swap them out. I went the next day but they only had 40 of the boards so we were short 30 boards. They told me they would see when they could get some more. I knew there was a shortage of pressure treated lumber and I understood. I told them to let me know when they got them and I would come back. After two weeks with no communication, I called and they said they still did not have any of the boards. I was patient and asked the salesman to keep me posted and to follow up with me. After 4 weeks, I had heard nothing. So I called the main number, talked to a different person and was told they had the boards but they could only sell them to me if i had an account. I said O.K., hung up, and immediately called the salesman I had been dealing with. He told me there was no change and they did not have the boards. He also thought It was O.K. he had not talked with me in a month. So he lied to me. I said something to him and he just said they did not have the boards. He did not offer to give me a refund for the lumber I had already paid for. I explained that this was not acceptable but he just defended his position. I understand there is a shortage of pressure treated right now and I understand they are going to sell to builders first before a small contractor but that's really not how a company should treat a customer of any size. I had already paid for the boards and a good company would have pulled 30 boards for boards that had come in and called me to make it right. I still have the #1 boards sitting on a trailer at the shop. I will definitely not purchase materials from Harbin Lumber in the future.

Harbin is good, Ashley Vaughn is great though! I’ve worked with him on several jobs now and he’s awesome. Goes above and beyond, really cares about his customers. If you need a sales rep, ask for Ashley- you’ll be glad you did.

0 stars. Very little customer service. I ordered 2 custom windows, that I paid for in advance. After 3 weeks I start calling to see if they have come in. They tell me the windows will be in the next day. This goes on for the next 3 weeks, same story, "they'll be in tomorrow". At the 1 month mark I make my daily phone call only to be told that the windows that are coming "tomorrow" are bigger than the ones I ordered. At this point I'll reframe the opening, just get me the windows please. Every time I call, the salesman was very rude, like he was inconvenienced at having to check on my order. Here I am waiting a month and a half for the wrong windows. Will not go back.

Since the pandemic happened these guys won't answer the phone and they haven't returned any of quotes I've asked them for. Every time I've been in the office I've stood there for 15 mins waiting to be talked to with multiple people standing around. I have given up trying to buy materials here and will be taking my business to Lowes.

Unreliable deliveries. When delivered wrong or incomplete delivery and all deliveries weeks late. When we asked the salesman what went wrong, he gave us no information and said “it is what it is”
