I had an exceptionally poor experience with the office staff when trying to inquire about how much it would cost to come in and become an established patient so that I could then recieve my free physical that is covered by my high deductible health plan. I was initially told that I was accepted as a new patient and I was sent all of the required forms to fill out in the mail. This office requires that you come in to become an established patient prior to receiving a physical (not all doctor's offices require this) and that is something that I would have to pay 100% out of pocket. Since this required new patient establishment visit would likely cost me hundreds of dollars, I called in an effort to determine the price I would need to pay to try out a new doctor. I provided the staff with all of the necessary insurance information and rather than provide me with the cost of the initial patient establishment visit, they told me that they had made a mistake and could not take me on as a new patient after all. This was a very basic question and could have taken less than 5 minutes to resolve, instead the staff decided to treat me like I was being a nuisance and were extremely rude during the whole process. I also tried to reach out to the manager to understand why I was treated in this manner for such a basic question and my call was never returned. I called back this morning just to let them know that I didn't appreciate how this whole situation was handled and the manager could have cared less. By the way, just to become a new patient will cost you somewhere between $200 and $300, which is the best range that I could find out given the limited information provided by the staff. Please do yourself a favor and find a better provider. I'm certainly glad that I found out how this office operates before I gave them any of my money.

I was a patient for years and only saw him twice. The reason for the low rating is not because of the doctor or nurse practitioners, it was the staff on the day that I was fit in for an appointment which I appreciate them for that. However, I called before I arrived to make sure that I could still come for my appointment because I was late and was on hold for seven minutes just for them to tell me that I needed to be there in 2 minutes. When I got there I was told to reschedule. I rescheduled the appointment for another day, but later canceled because of the tension that I felt when I arrived there earlier. The only reason for the appointment is because I needed a refill on my High Blood Pressure medication. I was willing to remain there as long as I could just in case someone canceled. I understand that I was late, but the lack of concern for me was enough to make me decide before I received the letter not to remain a patient there. It was not the fact that I was late and I am sorry for that, but I really had a hard time sleeping the night before and had a hard time waking up. I have been working two jobs and was very stressed out. They need to do better!! The lack of concern they had for me needing my medication to me was not professional and there was no “bedside manner”. A week later I received a certified letter that they were no longer going to be my providers which was ok. I was able to secure a primary care physician that same day that I was not able to get an appointment with them, get an appointment that same day with my new doctor and get my medication.

My husband and I have had nothing but excellent care from Dr Morris ,his nurses and assistants, and his office staff. We felt like we were in good hands with whatever symptom or illness came our way. They always try to get you in to see someone asap if you call with an issue. I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly and we will miss it when we have to move.

I switched to Dr Morris after I got annoyed with my previous doctor for his lack of attention and bad advice. Not all problems can or should be treated with a pill! Dr. Morris takes a lot of personal care in my health, his office is responsive and the advice and treatment I've gotten from him has been effective.
