Do not, I repeat do not visit this practice !!!!!! Bait and switch to the max... they do not tell you about charges in regards to how they bill your insurance company. All I wanted to do was get a routine physical....which is covered 100% by my insurance. Well low and behold.. this office with no explanation to me as the patient, gets me into their office, thinking I'm going in for the actual physical, and when I get there... I'm told... Oh... we're just doing a meet and greet today... your actual physical needs to be scheduled... Low and behold, that so called "meet and greet" wound up costing me 228.00 against my insurance company's HRA. Of course their customer service could care less when I called them.... Stay away at all cost....Randy

Very poor experience. In Nov 2016 I put in a new patient application. I was told it may a while to get approval because they were still approving application from October. No problem. I call back to follow up every couple of weeks and was assured they will be getting to my application very soon. In February I was informed my application had gotten lost of the bottom of another pile and would be the next one for review. Today I contacted them again regarding the approval and was informed they do not have my application anywhere and must have been lost. They are not currently taking new patients, so my time waiting was for nothing. It's worth nothing reception said they take all their application by hand and do not have computer records for potential new clients, may I suggest using a less archaic method of keeping records. I am sure their doctors are fine at what they do, but the process to try and become a new patient is miserable.

Absolutely the best family doctor and clinical assistants in Athens! The office staff is friendly and welcoming as well. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.
