Very kind staff who exhibit phenomenal, personalized customer service. Going in for a fitting was a body-affirming experience with the support of expert advice and counsel. There is a science to how these items fit, so prepare to spend around roughly an hour in-store for a proper fitting with multiple try-ons. Staff provide knowledge, friendly encouragement, and perspective along the way.

I went here with a friend, and we both loved the experience! Ashe fitted us, and took the time to find us bras we both loved. All of the workers are very kind, patient, and inclusive of all bodies. I waited til the last minute to order some more things before I leave the country, and the staff has gone above and beyond to help me out! I would totally recommend this locally-owned, small business :)

Such an amazing experience, definitely recommend! I called ahead to know what I was getting into and to be prepared and the lady on the phone was very sweet and informative! When I came to the store everyone was super friendly! One of the workers fitted me for my bra and gave me a selection to see what I liked best. I was in and out and 30 minutes and did not feel rushed at all!! Will be back for my next one!

I visited this specialty bra store twice in one week and had a fantastic experience both times. At my first visit, Ashe was my consultant. Even though it was a super busy Saturday, she made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely supported in finding the right fit. Carmen, the owner, helped me during my second visit. She had been so responsive to emails beforehand and made a huge effort to accommodate my schedule—staying late just for me since I was traveling from quite a distance. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so kind and down-to-earth. Both she and Ashe made what’s usually a stressful shopping experience feel easy and comfortable. The store has a huge selection in just about every size you can imagine, and the service is top-notch. I can’t recommend this place enough, even if you have to drive a long way—it’s absolutely worth it.

I have always had a hard time finding a bra that fits just right but the bra specialist at grail helped me find the perfect bra about two years ago. The owner is amazing! After having my only bra for a few months the wire came out and she came out on her off day to stitch my bra up and help me find another affordable bra to last me. I will never be shopping anywhere else for a bra. Thank you guys so much!!

I cannot stress how wonderful my experience was. Dressing rooms can be a scary place and I had been putting a fitting off for 10+ years, walking around in stretchy Walmart bras with zero support after gaining a fair amount of weight. Maitia (I know I’m butchering that spelling…I’m sorry) was INCREDIBLE!! She made me feel at ease & brought option after option until we found a style that put a smile on my face. She was kind and caring, she connected with me on a personal level and she was didn’t force anything…this was no early 2000s Victoria Secret experience yall!! Even with other customers in the store I still felt like I was getting the personal attention I needed. I also had my service dog in training with me and everyone was so kind as I worked with him in this new situation. 10/10

I can not recommend this place enough!!! Truly delightful experience. The sales associate helping me (I believe her name was Amy?) was super professional and helpful. I’ve gained weight since my last bra purchase and was having such a difficult time finding something online or in big box stores that even remotely fit. This store is exactly what I needed and the signage and messaging made me feel welcomed and comfortable. All bodies are welcome here and it’s nice to see a space like this in a relatively small town :)
