Why am I giving this Goodwill store five stars ? Many of their items are low priced and will eventually become a treasure to another owner. Therefore it is not going into a landfill. Several of their employees have jobs and may not be easily employed by other businesses. They have a job center and try to help and advise those in need of work. As this Goodwill is in a bigger shopping plaza, parking is not a question. Easy handicap ♿️ access, automatic door, wide isles. Dressing rooms are available, bathrooms are clean. The variety of merchandise covers many different items. From clothing to toys, furniture, knick knacks, books, gifts etc.. Lots of stuff. Maybe just the item you were looking for. I know there are critics of Goodwill but it's just another store to me. And I like it.

An over-priced, inconsistently-priced, under-stocked, picked-over, disorganized wasteland. There is a steady flow of donated items coming into this place, but little of it seems to make it out to the store shelves. I say this with the understanding that Goodwill sells a lot of donated items online. They might also move items donated at one store to other stores--I'm not sure. I have no issues with any of that. Still, allowing for such other things that this Goodwill might do with their donations, I sense a puzzling gap between what comes into that place and what ends up on the shelves. If I didn't live almost close enough to walk there, I'd have stopped going long ago.

Returned item with in ten minutes, but was met with store policy of returns only get “store credit” only after the fact. Got Chips and a drink instead, and chips were expired. Staff was nice, just unfortunate.

I'm disappointed with my recent experience. I shop here all the time (and it's been great) and am familiar with the cashiers asking if you'd like to "round up", sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. When I was in line today, I was not asked this question. When I got home, I noticed on my receipt that the cashier automatically rounded up without asking me, which I don't appreciate. To not ask someone and to just upcharge them is stealing so I would advise anyone shopping here to check their receipts before they leave and to watch out for sneaky cashiers.

I really enjoy dropping off clothes for recycling and also getting tax credit for the donations that we recycle. The Lexington road Goodwill is a quick drop and shop location.

Bought a radio. My favorite day is Monday because a certain color tag becomes a dollar.

You’re telling me your dressing rooms have been closed since Covid and aren’t going to open back up? They instruct you to buy the clothes try them on and return them for STORE CREDIT , and not even get your money back just store credit. The only reason you would have the dressing rooms closed and only receive store credit is to be greedy and selfish what kind of store is this? Never have had this happen at any store ever? We just donated $200 worth of items and trust me we will not be donating here anymore or purchasing anything from here.

Was able to get some cool things BUT employees would not take 1 day late (from 14 days) returns. I work around covid patients in a hospital and there was an outbreak. Being respectful I did not come in on the 14th day to return my things after waiting for test results. Came in on the 15th day and told I could not get store credit! The manager (who had a mask on lol) acted like it was gonna come out of her paycheck. Everything is donated (free) to them, what are they gonna lose by me getting store credit? Next time this happens (it happens 1-2 times a week at the hospital) I'm just gonna come in anyways to return things. Ridiculous!
