I went on Tuesday 2/1/22 at 6:20 and there was a sign on the door saying "Be right back", so I went to the grocery store and came back 20 mins later and still no one was there. So I went back on Thursday 2/3/22 at 4:30 and there was another sign that said "Be back in an hour" and of course didn't include the time they left. So I made another trip to the grocery store, come back 20 mins later and still no one. What a joke. I'll just buy online and the store can shut down for all I care.

12:30pm on a Saturday afternoon (3/29/25) and they are closed… door locked, sign off, no signs of life. Not even a “be right back” sign. I prefer GNC to vitamin Shoppe, but I guess I know where I’m taking my business.

This location is most reliable and very well educated on products. I travel to this location because the commerce mall , Georgia square Mall, and Bethlehem location are closed. Unfortunately they are closing a lot of stores - lack of employees - hence noticed store hours have changed at all the stores. The employees care about me and go out of their way every time to help me and my husband . You guys are awesome thank you. Clean, updated , reliable , and non expired products .

Would give less. Employee showed up 15 minutes late. Then after waiting told me I "HAD TO" give my phone number. When I said no thank you they would not sell me what I had waited for. It is 1022 am on Wednesday June 19, 2024. I will not return to this location as long as that employee remains there. This is absurd.

This store is the best GNC I’ve ever shopped in. The manager is customer service elite and knowledgeable through and through. I began shopping at this location 2 yrs ago and I travel to this location from Covington because her service and the store is the only location I’ve been to that’s great , clean , organized and delivers solutions for me and my entire family that has helped me and my husband lose a total of 340 between us both . The manager is magnificent and she ALWAYS gives us the best solutions and got us into a realistic regimen that actually works . She is definitely a valuable asset and very diverse . we even offered her a job because she really is fantastic . The company needs to have more employees like her and stores that are well kept like this location .. She definitely deserves more money because she’s held that store down even alone for years . Thank you for your amazing service and we will be back soon ! GNC take the time to value your employees she is definitely worth it .

Went to pick up some pre workout but was greeted by a sign that said “went out to the bank - be back in 30 minutes” now i dont know how long the sign had already been there but I waited 70 minutes and the door was still locked. I wanted to take advantage of the $1 drink promotion but i decided to just go to Vitamin Shop as 70 minutes + to go to the bank is just unrealistic. The employees should give a better estimation on time if they are to take that long to come back to the store during business hours

Ripoff - store clerk refused to honor the advertised GNC Athens website price on supplements. Illegal behavior from a bored and couldn't care less clerk. Walked out and GNC lost the $100 sale.

I went to this store this morning about 11 am. The door was unlocked so I went in, found what I wanted to purchase, & went to the counter. There was no one there. After a few minutes I went to the back and there no one in the building except me. I left, did my grocery shopping, & came back. There was a sign on the door, "Closed". I came home and ordered my item for home delivery.

This location is never open when it says it’s open. No joke people. It’s 11:48am on Monday the 18th of September and the doors are locked and open sign is off. This is the third time this has happened in the last two months. Fire these bums and get some folks that care.

Lexington location is much more reliable. Other store front owners told us the lady who works this place comes and goes as she pleases and the hours are not necessarily correct. Yikes.
