I recently purchased a sauna from Georgia Spa Company, and I had an amazing experience working with Leo and Ronnie. They were top-notch sales reps—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful every step of the way. They made the buying process smooth and enjoyable by answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. As for the delivery team, they were very friendly and respectful. Great guys overall, and I appreciated their attitude and professionalism. However, there were a few minor issues with the delivery experience. Initially, the sauna was placed with visible gaps on each side, which my brother noticed and pointed out but the guys came back and fixed it asap. Also, due to the installers’ size, they weren’t able to get on top of the sauna to plug in the lighting on top, so I ended up doing it myself—which wasn’t a big deal, but worth mentioning. After the installation, we had to do some cleanup, including dirt and grass tracked in and some leftover debris in the driveway like wood chunks and styrofoam from the pallet. Again, nothing major, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service provided. I even gave the delivery team some snacks as a thank-you. I would absolutely recommend Georgia Spa Company, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Leo and Ronnie!

Purchased a salt water hot tub at the Athens Location about a year ago. It has worked flawlessly and been very easy to maintain. Been following the simple maintenance processes and our experience has been great. The sales staff was very helpful and didn't try to over sell us. We went with the mid level tub which was perfect for our needs. Regulatly use the tub at least 3 or 4 times a week. Well worth the cost.

Update (4-21-2024) After 2 years of daily use (with no issues), our hot tub developed a small crack in the footwell (a rare manufacturing defect). Needless to say, we were VERY disappointed, however, the manufacturer (Watkins - Hot Spring), and the dealer (Athens, Georgia) stepped up and exceeded our expectations regarding the warranty coverage and resulting hot tub replacement. From the analysis and documentation of the defect, to the explanation of what to expect, to the actual delivery/installation of the replacement tub, Georgia Spa Co. was outstanding! We were initially told the tub would be replaced with a 2024 model in 8-10 weeks and in 8 weeks were contacted and told our 2024 Jetsetter LX tub was ready for delivery! The following week the old tub was removed and the new tub was delivered. Kudos to the delivery team of Don, Jeb, and Charles. They were ultra careful with not only the tubs, but also our landscaping, as we live on a sloped lot. They spent a lot of time ensuring there was no damage to ANYTHING! Can't thank this team enough. Now for a dose of reality: the new replacement tub was slightly larger (expected) but also required a different cover orientation (must now be horizontal - see new spa pic below). As a result, a different lifter system was required and a longer electrical wire was required to complete the install. As you can imagine, these requirements were both aggravating and would delay the installation. Again, the delivery team went above and beyond, contacting corporate and explaining (on the customer's behalf), all that had transpired. Corporate immediately put a plan in place and we were told to wait for corporate to contact us with their plan. Incredibly, 2 days later, on a Friday, we got a call asking if they could come and complete the installation so that we could use the tub over the weekend! Mike Brown (VP Operations), and Chris Johnson (Service Manager) made us their personal responsibility and arrived to complete the installation that morning! The installation of the new wiring and the new lifter system were completed perfectly. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We filled the tub with no issues and are now using the tub daily. I know this is a lengthy update, however, we wanted those interested to know that Georgia Spa Co. stands by their products and provides excellent customer service. We will always be extremely grateful and will ALWAYS recommend Georgia Spa Co. to anyone interested in purchasing a hot tub! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have been using our Hot Springs Jetsetter LX for about 2 weeks and all of our expectations have been met/exceeded. Our salesperson, Leo Arsenault, was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He carefully listened to our requirements and the result was the perfect hot tub! All contact with the company (sales, scheduling, delivery, and customer-care) has been customer-centric, and an overall, pleasurable experience. We highly recommend Georgia Spa Company and our salesperson, Leo Arsenault, for choosing the right hot tub that is backed by superior service!
