This company here Is the worst jewelry company I ever came across.Very unprofessional and all the guy do is lie. Won’t send product or refund. It’s been almost 4 months and all he say is I’m sending off in the morning, but never nothing I would give this business negative stars if I could. I really don’t understand how a company like this is still standing. For any future buyers please don’t buy from this company it will save u a lot of heartache and pain….

Believe the reviews I didn’t. It was my first set of grillz, I wanted to support someone small business who is just trying to make it, and follow what they wanna do. He said they would be done 4 days later, me knowing they wouldn’t be I gave him 2 weeks. Almost every time it was me reaching out, he has no sense of being professional, or how to even run a business it seems. I continued to try to give him the benefit until I went to another shop and showed him my bottom set, he quickly got me right. I still continued to give Georgia Gold Grillz the benefit, but facts are some people only care about the money they can make right then not the relationship. They’re is plenty of genuine real jewelers out there. Don’t settle.

I ordered a 8 bottom grill for my son on November 29,2023. It was suppose to be a birthday/Christmas gift for him. Here it is now June 9,2024 and still no grill. I have reached out multiple times to the shop and was told they were behind on orders. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was told they made the grill but it was 6 instead of 8 and he was fixing it. So I waited and still nothing. After I kept reaching out I was told he was going to mail it on a Friday and will send me my tracking number which that never happened. I called and told owner I will come pick it up he replied and said ok. I drove 2 hours only for nobody to open the door or answer the phone or text. This has been the most unprofessional and stressful experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend this shop for nothing. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time with scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Worst place ever !!! Do not order anything. They argue back and forth or completely ignore you on instagram messages. Got my first order no problem. Second order us supposedly shipped three different times but WILL NOT Provide shipping confirmation. It’s been multiple excuses. Won’t send you your order or money back but swears they don’t do “bad business” that’s all they are doing. Seeing they have multiple bad reviews. Do your research before ordering with them. I wouldn’t recommend them at all!! They post daily about deals and this and that but they are just stealing money from people. It’s sad they are out here doing this to people. I have all of my Instagram messages still as well! Update. They said in a message I quote. “We have other people that spend way more money here then you do so your order isn’t important to us”. It’s been months and they keep saying they’ll ship then when I ask for shipping no message back. I don’t get how a place like this can stay in business. They are literally stealing peoples money and getting away with it.

2 years ago I went to a Lil known jeweler in hull ga. It was georgia gold grillz. He made me a 6 10k top in white gold. It stood up for two years with alot of wear and tear because I eat with mine in. I just went in today to have my second set made. I've had nothing but good experience. For the idiot talking about mold on his grill it's called oxidation. Any grill will get that due to your body. Brush your grill and use a gold cloth. Lol
