I had an appointment today at Georgia Dermatology Partners, and my experience with Destiny was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the room, her energy was so genuine and full of light. She’s knowledgeable, honest, and has such a beautiful spirit that instantly puts you at ease. There’s an aura about her that’s hard to explain—you just feel it. Destiny, thank you for making my day and for sharing your beautiful stories. I wish you nothing but the best as you continue to manifest everything you desire in your life. When your parents named you, your name was given for a reason, and I truly believe you will walk into your true destiny. It is obvious as soon as you walk in that this is a good place to work. The employees are always nice to customers and to each other. I love their sign that says “if you’ve been waiting for more than 20 minutes let us know!” I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to go back. Devon is fabulous. She always knows what needs to be removed without me even telling her my concerns. Everyone is courteous and professional. NOT the norm anymore. Thank you!!

Horrible experience for my consultation with Destiny Olmeda (Aesthetician/Consultant). She was rude and condescending throughout my entire visit, which didn’t last 5 minutes because she was not interested in listening to my concerns or answering any questions I had about skin care. I am a long time patient of this practice and have never had a problem. I will continue to use this office and I usually see PA Devon who is great, but the aesthetic department will not get my business. Destiny needs to realize that there are plenty of good Aestheticians out there who welcome clients and lucky for me it didn’t take long to find a one. I plan to share my experience to keep anyone else from the unpleasant experience I had.

I visit GDP annually for my skin checks and have consistently received excellent care from the PA, who is always thorough and attentive during the exam. My experience has been very positive overall. However, I’m giving a 4-star rating due to a recent issue with wait time. Despite arriving well before my scheduled appointment, I wasn't called back until more than 20 minutes past the appointment time. I understand that delays can happen, but I believe timeliness is an important part of the patient experience. I hope GDP will consider addressing this more directly, rather than relying on a general notice posted in the office which states patients should let office staff know if they've been waiting more than 20 minutes.

Dr. Elise Martin is a fantastic dermatologist I would highly recommend. She takes time to listen, is extremely knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She’s also excellent with follow-up — quick to respond to messages and avoids unnecessary office visits once a care plan is in place. Her nurses are always friendly and helpful. The only downside has been the front desk. During each visit, I’ve experienced consistently unwelcoming behavior — staff preoccupied with personal phones or chatting with each other while I stood waiting. It’s the only thing keeping this practice from being a full 5-star experience. Overall, Dr. Martin is outstanding — she’s the reason my entire family now comes here.

EVERYTHING was the usual superb experience. They worked me in quickly for an unplanned visit and Mr. Kenny Padron was quite cordial and professional in his approach to my issue. I needed to contact him afterwards and he, again, quite promptly and thoroughly dealt with my request.

The front desk check-in staff was rude and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. She treated certain patients warmly but not me, making me feel singled out and possibly discriminated against. When I forgot my HSA card for a $60 co-pay, she loudly announced it across the office, which was humiliating and unnecessary. She makes you feel very unwelcome and uncared for. As the sweet check out lady was helping me and trying to figure out a way I can do this, the check in lady is constantly looking around so she can be on her phone. She is constantly on her phone even when I was checking in. The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the fantastic care from PA Hannah, who always makes me feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for — and the sweet, caring checkout staff member who handled the situation kindly and made me feel better. Their professionalism is exactly what the front desk should strive for.

I came in for a biopsy and they charged my card for over $400 more than what I was told. I have called many times to get the issue resolved but have gotten the run around and they have not fixed the issue. Additionally, over two months later I still don’t have my test results despite being told I’d have them within 5-7 days. This is absolutely unacceptable. If the issue isn’t resolved soon I will be filing a complaint with the proper authorities.

Never seem to have to wait once you check in. They're efficient, friendly and polite, and inspire confidence that they know what they're doing. Dr. Elise Martin is obviously capable and informative, and despite being quick and efficient you don't feel rushed.
