wildly dissapointed with this place. Jeremy, the bikewrench, had my bike for two weeks to fix a loud bottom bracket. he said the bearing cracked, which was causing the noise. fine. said a new crankset and bottom bracket would be $180. fine. I also asked for a full tune up, spoke tension, and brake service. two weeks later, i find out they needed a new chain for the crankset and they "forgot to order it." not ideal, but okay do what you gotta do. finally i call up he says there are two bikes in front of mine, but he should have it done that day. first red flag, as my bike has been there two weeks already, i should have been at the front of the line. then when i get there the bill is $300. confusing, but i chalk it up to the other work i asked for. the real issues started when i got home and gave it a test ride. spokes are making a lot of noise. a click every rotation of the rear wheel. rear brake does absolutely nbothing when i squeeze it. lots of creaking when i pedal. supposed to be a brand new crank set to solve my BB noises, now i have a creaky crankset/BB, spoke noise, and brakes that dont work. i am beyond disappointed with this shop, after an hour drive on a glowing recommendation. will never return to this bike shop. as an aside, when talking to jeremy, he was very dismissive, and acted like i didnt know what i was talking about. maybe i dont, but i know my bike is in worse shape than it was when i brought it to him, so he definitely doesnt know what he's talking about. if you want a good bike shop, dont go here. jeremy is a hack and needs humility. edit: looks like they needed a new chain because the crankset they replaced mine with was a 36t instead of the original 38t chain ring, which means i need a new chain ring and a new chain now, so i'll have to spend even more money. also after inspecting the chain, they said they were waiting on a new chain to do the service, but its my original chain. these people are scammers. do not take your bike here.

Wonderful experience here. Micah, my sales rep, was fantastic. I bought a new bike, he took it to the back to make sure it was all ready to go. He brought it back out with a new water bottle attached, something I wanted but resisted spending the money on. The next day, I came in with 2 used bikes to get adjusted. He had them fixed up in a few minutes and tried to not charge me, but I paid him anyway. I also get free lifetime tune-ups for my new bike, and a warranty. I wasn't happy with my original seat. I tried to buy a replacement but he told me just bring the old one back for an even swap. He could've easily just gotten a sale if he didn't care about his customer relationship, but he has proven that he does. Long review, but a lot to say about this great shop.

Highly recommend! We needed all of our family bikes serviced, and the whole experience was phenomenal from drop off to pick up. Knowledgeable staff, provided honest opinions on repair options. It definitely was not a scenario of a company trying to upsell and talk you into something you don’t need. And to top it off, we came under our initial quote and we were reimbursed when we wouldn’t know the difference. Just speaks volumes that this local company truly values their community.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They were so helpful and kind when it came to fixing up two old bikes (helping us find the right tires and even helping us when we tried to put the tires on ourselves and busted one). Such great prices and incredible customer service. This place cannot be beat!!

Definitely the best bike shop I have ever been to hands down. They are so helpful and knowledgeable, but also willing to answer questions without being pretentious (as I have experienced at almost every other bike shop). They do not upsell bike services and repairs and offer more than fair prices for services. Could not recommend them more.

I hate having to make this review, but after today experience. I feel like I need to. I have yet to really have a great experience here. Which multiple people have told me how rude the owners are. Today I went in to the store with a friend. He was picking up his bike after having some work done. I was just looking at some gloves. When the owner Harry came up to me and very rudely said, “ can I help you with something”. I politely said, “ no I’m just looking “. Then a minute later he’s looking out of the door, and ask, “ is your car out here?” That’s when it became clear to me that he thought I was trying to steal from them. I don’t think I have ever been so embarrassed in my life. If you want to buy a $8,000 bike, and be treated poorly. This is the place for you!

I can't speak highly enough about these guys. From sales to service to professional bike fitting, they really have the customer experience perfected. I've purchased a Specialized bike and had it fitted by Micah. It was the best decision, as I've never had a more thoroughly enjoyable purchase and after purchase experience. It's the most comfortable ride I've ever had as well. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Micah and Jeremy are hands down the best. They took my 2010 road bike which originaly came with all mechanical drive train and changed everything over to electronic. I’m amazed at how innovative they were with the new build. It’s actually a better bike now than it was when I bought brand new. Their pricing is more than fair on everything they do. If I could I would give 10 stars. If you need a new bike or mechanical work these are the guys want to do business with🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️! Ride on and be safe!

I had a great experience buying children's bikes with Georgia Cycle Sport. I wanted to find new bikes without bringing my children into the shop during the pandemic. I emailed my children's height and inseam measurements to Georgia Cycle Sport along with my desired price range and they communicated with me until we found the right bikes. They held the bikes until I could come in and see them in person. The staff was helpful. It was a good experience and I plan to go back in the future.

I've loved this shop for years, and I will continue to love many things about it, but I will not let Harry touch or take orders for my bike again, and that is my recommendation to you. If you want quality parts, customer service, repair, or bike fitting, go here. Micah is such an awesome guy in just every way possible. Bike fits with him are worth every penny. Jeremy is a great mechanic and can be very personable, even from behind the counter. Pam has always been super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Everything is great on all fronts, except for Harry. Months ago, he took my order for a bike I had built, and I told him to look at a few things but not to touch the rear brakes unless he was absolutely sure he could improve the non-standard system I had finagled. (Long story) I felt that I had made my apprehensions clear, and communicated very clearly what I wanted done to the bike. When I finally came back to pick up the bike, which if I recall was maybe 2 days after their promised return time and very adjacent to a bike touring trip I was leaving for, the rear brake was totally messed up, such that the rear wheel wouldn't even spin. All they had done was remove the non-standard setup I'd put in which not only reversed all the work I had already done to it, but it made my bike less ridable and put me in a time crunch to rectify this before a 700 mile trip. Then more recently, Micah updated my fit on my race bike, and we discovered it was about time for a new chain. We scheduled this 20 minute repair for 3 weeks out. I brought the bike in early the previous day, thinking that'd give them the option to work on it in the event they did get ahead of schedule, although I wasn't expecting that. When I dropped the bike off, I explained that I'm in the middle of an indoor training program and every day the bike is there is a day I'm not training in the way I'd like to, so if they were going to be a while just to let me know. A week later, I still hadn't heard anything so I went back in to get my bike. Harry was there and acted like he couldn't find my bike. They hadn't even started working on it. To be clear, I went in and asked for the bike; I didn't ask for it to be worked on and then returned. He threw it in the stand and started working on it then, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe I'd get the repair I needed done, possibly at a discounted price in exchange for my time. He took it off the stand and gave it back to me, explaining that he had adjusted the limiters. I never asked for the limiters to be adjusted. That wasn't a problem, so I don't know why he would've done that. I took it out in the parking lot to test ride it and sure enough, my chain dropped between the cassette and the wheel the first time I shifted over. I went back inside and told him off, explaining that I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and every time he touches my bike, he gives it back in worse condition. He apologized, and offered to do the repair I'd been needing. Um, no? I gave him plenty chances. I continued to ride my bike inside for a few weeks, kinda just contemplating the next move. I didn't need to shift gears on the trainer so I was able to prolong this situation. Until I went for an outdoor ride over labor day weekend and when the chain dropped this time, the whole derailleur got caught in the wheel, snapping the hanger and mangling the derailleur itself. So now I'm off the bike for more time, and paying another shop to replace the 105 derailleur. To recap, I will continue supporting Jeremy, Micah, and Pam, and I will continue buying quality product from Cycle Sport. But I do not trust Harry to touch or otherwise interact with any of my bikes and that is my recommendation to anyone else.
