Usually, great. But this time the young Dr was in such a hurry to leave, that he forgot to sign the prescription for my glasses. Therefore, I had to make an extra trip to pick up my signed prescription. The staff was great! I give them a 5.

We were seen promptly at our appointment time. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The physician did an excellent job of explaining things to my son about his eye injury and explaining our next steps. By far one of my best experiences at a doctors office.

I would rate the elective procedure a 5 and the billing a 0. Minor, elective procedure and Dr. Dong did a great job, it healed nicely and was basically a "non-event". We discussed prior to the procedure that it was elective and my insurance probably wouldn't cover it, plus I have terrible insurance with a high deductible, so I asked if I could just pay a cash price and not submit to Insurance - sure thing. In February of 2024, I had the procedure, paid my cash price - and thought I was "done". However in June of 2025.... I get a bill stating the insurance didn't cover and I owed the rest, very frustrating, called half a dozen times, it was supposedly "escalated" - but never resolved. Called the Athens office and they basically said, too bad - you owe it. So a MAJOR caution, IF you use them, be very careful and aware of billing because I got screwed. Update: As referenced from the Office Manager below, she did follow up and corrected their billing information, apologized for the inconvenience and refunded the amount I paid I shouldn't have. Things happen - what matters is what happens "after things happen" - definitely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend and use again!

They worked me in for an emergency extremely fast. Everyone in the office, and Dr. Tuckfield, were extremly kind, respectful, knowledgeable, funny and helpful. It was great for painful and nervous situation. The lady that performed all my test and answered my questions was wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. Dr. Tuckfield explained everything to me so well. I'm a homeschool Mom and he needs to come give a talk to our kids. So very pleasant and informative. I'm thinking about changing doctors to this office after my experience. You just don't get interactions with staff like this anymore. It makes a very unpleasant situation so much easier to handle.

First of all .... convenient location in proximity to my house . Secondly the parking lot is spacious and well laid out . Check-in was a breeze .... my preliminary exam by staff was excellent . And the proverbial cherry on top of the sundae was Dr. Flood .... professional ; courteous ; and thorough . And she even remembered me from years ago when I was her patient at another clinic . I'll definitely be recommending her to friends ... and even my mother ( at 98 years old ) Kudos !!

The new guy was a gem. Wish I could remember his name. Please he is a keeper! I remember he told me he was a chemist! Give that young man a raise. He also mentioned he has 11 year old at home. Sorry I can’t remember his name but I will never forget his kindness and professionalism! People like him make people like me very happy!

I had a great experience with Dr Dong! He was attentive, gracious, and explained everything very well. I highly recommend this practice (just wear warm clothes - it’s cold in this office!)
