The staff here has been nothing but pleasant, helpful and friendly for the past 3mths I've been going for chemo! Dr. Rudolph is an amazing physician and very knowledgeable! I would recommend 1000x! Ashley is so sweet and makes me feel like family. Also Gwen the social worker is a blessing. I can't wait to ring that bell and run like hell!!! Thanks GCS❤️🫶🏾

1 star because I could not leave a zero. If you a new patient..BEEARE!! I am on Medicare and I was referred by my personal physician. I met with Dr. Rudolf twice.. no mor than 15 minutes each time. They drew blood and ran a urine test after first visit. Just got my bill.., $4,554!!! I called and questioned the charge and I was told it was “Facility Charge!”. I still have another bill to come for the doctor and labs!!! They told me that it does not matter about how short a visit it is a charge applied because of it’s affiliation to Northside hospital.. Ask before you visit!!

Plan to spend hours waiting to see the doctor because the office overbooks. The parking lot is too small as it shares it with an orthopedic practice that is downstairs. The office is UPSTAIRS and you have to use an elevator. Trying to get a wheelchair with oxygen tank in the elevator and into the SMALL office is a nightmare. Many times the office gave us appointment times the day before the appointment and not any advance notice. One Thursday at 3pm we were told NO chemo for the next week...100% positive. Friday they called and said chemo was back on for the next week. Care givers can never plan anything because of last minute appointment changes/unexpected and unplanned tests that are done in the hospital. The patient and caregivers will be frustrated again and again. It has been over a month of pure chaos. When my 80 year old (small cell lung cancer, liver and lymph node) family member gets fed up and voices his wishes to have another doctor/ practice treat him this doctor calms him down and he decides to stay with this practice.

I am reviewing at the request of my ninety-year-old parents. My mother was referred to Dr. Priya Rudolph by her primary care physician. My parents were in the office for three hours before Dr. Rudolph came in to introduce herself. There was no communication by the staff to explain or apologize for the delay or an offer to reschedule. The office was disorganized and careless. My mother was given another patient's file and that patient was given my mother's medical file in error. We do not recommend this provider.

Dr Rudolph has had my Mother under care for Triple Negative Breast Cancer for 2.5 years now. My Mother is now Stage IV. She has not had one conversation with her about terminal care, therapy, nor will she co-manage with any other specialist. My Mother has had to be hospitalized numerous times in order to have certain procedures done that were needed months before, that should have been referred by Dr Rudolph. Co-management is essential and at the least, we can be thankful that during my Mom’s hospitalizations, she has had an attending physician that has caught Rudolph’s short comings or unethical inadequacies. I have been able to witness my loved one’s demise slowly and surely at the hands of this medical doctor who is expected to be a specialist in the field of cancer. Rudolph has refused to have a conversation about terminal care, despite the long, slow demise that is lived by her patients. “Let’s just see how you are next week.” Well, next week, the infiltrated organs will still have cancer. Let’s talk about quality of life. Rudolph cannot say anything outside of what she is required to bill to insurance. The dying individual is a number. They are a billable charge. They will never register as an actual human being. Please if this can reach ANYONE, please. Please, do your research and choose a different Oncologist.

This is for all of the other patients and family members of people who have been mistreated by this farce of an excuse for a doctor's office and Northside Hospital as well. I have brought legal proceedings before the courts for the outrageous and unethical treatment that passes for healthcare at this practice. It's a shame because some of the caregivers there are good people who do their very best to help their patients, but the disorganization and lack of communication that exists far exceeds anything they can do anything about. SO... rest assured that they will NOT be allowed to continue doing this, unabated, forever. I'm so sorry that so many patients have had to suffer before someone like me ended up in their 'care' and has the wherewithal and money to fight them.

They provide the lifesaving chemo and immunotherapy. That gets 3 stars. Everything else needs significant improvement. I have never seen an office in more dire need of an office manager or efficiency consultant, at the least. The architectural setup of the building does not make sense (the waiting area in the back seats 4 people, the check out area seats 3, and the restroom is behind reception), and there doesn't seem to be any real standard operating procedures. The wait is absolutely ridiculous and impossible for caretakers, as it entails taking off the entire day. You wait at least an hour, usually closer to two, to even start the treatment process. This is even for very slow days, with only one or two other patients in the waiting room. If it's an appointment to meet with the doctor, add at least another 45 minutes. The staff is typical medical staff, with some more caring than others and none willing to go too far out of the way to make it easy for the patient. Overall, it suits to get the treatment you need, but it is not ideal.

This place is AWFUL. When people are sick the LAST thing they want to do is sit in the waiting room for 2+ hours and wait to see the Dr. They over schedule, and just keep taking new patients. If I were 2 hours late to my appointment I would be charged and the appointment would be canceled, but waiting on THEM for over 2 hours is OK. Nope, not me....I have walked out of here a couple of times. I mean why make an appointment....just have walk ins if ya can't do things right. My time is just as important as theirs. If I knew how to change Dr's in the middle of treatment I would do it in a second. Again.... this place is horrible, awful and I can't say ENOUGH bad things about it. Go to a different dr.

We have no problem with the physicians. They are great. My rating is based solely on the front desk staff. They are so incredibly unpleasant. They have no people skills. They are very short and monotone, on the edge of just rude. They are very vague. I'm unsure if they honestly cannot answer basic questions or if they simply have no desire to help anyone (why even answer the phone then)!

I once loved this practice. Dr. BHARGAVA is brilliant and well-informed. Visits felt like a trip to a spa and every practitioner greeted me by name and could tell how I was feeling. No phone trees, calls returned in 30 minutes. Now, they have gone to "the dark side." Dr. BHARGAVA still is brilliant, but likely has succumbed to the reality of health care as a business rather than a calling to serve. This makes me sad. sad.that I get a phone
