Been calling around to get pricing to see the pawnshop that would give me the best price to buy my American silver eagles and the guy literally said they pay $7 for American silver eagles. Trust me that is an extremely lowball of an offer. I would not consider them for future transactions.

When you first go in to pawn some jewelry, they give you a great price. If you go back with even more jewelry, this even more explicit than you had before it’s a lot lower. They only do it the first time and then that’s it. I thought people should know.

It was my first time selling anything and it could not have gone better. The staff were friendly, there was lots of variety in their items, and they gave me a bit more than I was expecting! An excellent shop and I'll definitely be returning in the future!!

A fun place to shop. I once thought of a pawn shop as a dark, seedy place to buy or sell questionable merchandise. Gateway Pawn changed my mind. They have a bright, organized sales floor with a variety of good used and new items. I go there mostly for tools and guns but end up considering TV's or laptops or things I didn't know I wanted! It is always interesting to see what they have. The staff has always been nice to me. It is a family owned place too so you support local folks when you shop there.

This place is awesome and the customer service is fantastic. I forgot all about an item I had pawned and they held on to it for me and I was able to avoid losing it. Without a doubt they went above and beyond imo and I am grateful for it.

They sold us a broken Apple Mac Pro and was told it was reset to All factory settings and there nothing wrong with. We buy and take home only to find out first that they lie it wasn’t done as they told us. At that time we take to have done at Apple then before we had it done we call and spoke with them and told him that is wasn’t as u said and that we came to the apple store and was going to do it here and if we did would he be willing to split the cost in doing as he said he had done . Or if I brought back could he do it the right way. He said I will just give u ur money back . I said that’s not what we want we only want what u said had already been done. But no just bring back and I will give the money back so my daughter and I spoke about it and said let’s just give it a night and we will deal with it tomorrow. Well not 30 min later she calls me back and tells me the computer just went Black and won’t come back on . So at this point we will be taken it back and never doing anymore Business with them ever again!🤯🥺😢🤬

I visited this location a few weeks ago, searching for a laptop. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service/hospitality shown. Upon walking into the pawn shop, no one greeted me, in fact I was stared upon as if I didn’t belong there. I browsed in the same area for 10 minutes, still no form of communication was given. I literally had to ask them something for them to help and even at that time it was as if they were irritated by my presence. I will never shop at this location again.
