The overall experience was great. The cashier was a great help,she walked me through the pricing of gold and let me know what it was that I could get elsewhere. That's not something most pawn places even dare to do,gateway is definitely an asset to the community.

I wouldn't sell anything to these people they shake your hand and make a deal and then go back on their word 5 minutes later. Would not recommend. Edit** Of course it wasn't going to work properly when you had no clue what you were doing with it. I literally took it right home after, loaded it and fired it and it was flawless. SMH.

I am giving them s 2 because they did respond to me when I text them. I asked if they would take a 65" oled lg TV and they bring it in so they could inspect it. I had it in the original box in case I was to move it would transport easier. One of the guys helped me get it inside then I unboxed it and I did not have the stand, so I said I wo uld come back tomorrow once I got it. Then I got tells me he would offer me $70. He said they do $1/inch. Hell they had a 50" on the floor for $300 so they spent $50 for that TV. WOW. Anyway he couldn't find my TV listed but I found it anywhere from $900-$1200. He was going to give me$70. Putting Facebook marketplace for $400.00 if anyone wants it. I will deliver it

absolute robbery if they even want your quality stuff at all. i put time and effort into selecting and bringing pawn items.. they will offer pennies to the dollar. literally brought in $300 of really quality stuff just wanting to walk away with enough for groceries. they couldnt even make that happen. also everything I saw in there was marked up and pricey. total greed.
