Dr Grow is the only reason I’m ok with this getting a star at all. She was fantastic when I finally got a colonoscopy done and I think she is the one who finally got me referred to a surgeon. Unfortunately, everything else that happened just overshadowed how great she was. Have an endoscopy at the hospital for internal bleeding issue. Get a follow up appointment for 9 months later until they open a new location. That was the start of a circus of appointments and issues. Inter-office communication and scheduling is a joke. I’ve been given colonoscopy prep, shown up for said colonoscopy and was told we scheduled you wrong. You’ll have to be rescheduled and start all over again. The lack of concern for me and the way I was put out by their error was completely lost on all but one person, but I get the sense she has to deal with upset people like I was a lot because of this. The two nurses that I dealt with first in this situation were absolutely awful. Just couldn’t care less. I was getting calls to pay an amount for a procedure before they ran it through my Insurance. I knew I had met my deductible and wouldn’t have to pay anything but they kept calling. Even when I told them I was out of the country on a mission trip and would just talk to them when I got home. They called everyday. Finally they figured out I didn’t have any out of pocket and left me alone. I was scheduled to be seen at a location only to arrive and find the office closed. Doors locked and lights out. I was gaslight for 6 months on getting a surgery I needed. “You really don’t want this surgery. Why would you want this surgery?” Probably because I have something really wrong going on and my quality of life is and will be horrible without it. Duh. They wanted me to take a prescription that would make me have tics for the rest of my life instead and not truly address the issue. It might help minimize the symptoms. Finally get a referral for the surgery (to another hospital system) after every exploratory procedure possible. Surgery went great and I’m already feeling better and I’m still healing from surgery. Let that sink in. I had a major surgery and I’m in the thick of healing from it AND I STILL FEEL BETTER than I did before. That is why I needed the surgery. Called to cancel the follow up that they wanted me to do because I’m just going to follow up with my surgeon instead and the office said it was canceled. Got a text to check in for this appointment this morning after this appointment was “canceled” days ago by office staff. 😫 Luckily I could cancel through the link in the text since I am apparently more capable of canceling it than the office staff is. Bottom line… I could never refer anyone to this practice.

Dr. Sayers is so very kind and so soothing in a way that makes you feel at ease. She’s very knowledgeable and she does not rush through her appointments. She makes us feel like we are her number one patients! We absolutely love her and would recommend anyone in the world to try her as a doctor because she is just the greatest!

I have been to a handful of GI doctors in the past and never had a pleasant experience. I have been going to this practice for years, and they were the only ones that actually found out what was wrong with me. Dr. Person and Susan Beitzell are an amazing team. Susan takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and will explain every result in detail. She will go above and beyond the level of care that most practices fall short on.

I have spinal cord issues and Dr Sayer really explains to me what’s going on with my body. She is so very kind and my wife and I both go to her and would not choose to go to any other doctor! There should be a million doctors like her that actually care about their patients and that are so very knowledgeable.

The practice used to be top notch but since merging, they have gotten too large and interoffice communication is sub par. This causes much confusion and time for me that I do not have right now. It makes me wonder about the time invested in reviewing tests and procedures. I have been using them since 2011, but I am considering looking for another more efficient practice.

I had a great first visit with this office. I was pretty worried after reading the reviews but everyone was really kind. Everyone introduced themselves and explained everything really well. I seen the provider Sue Phelps. She was great and took my concerns seriously. She ordered two procedures for me to rule out somethings. The lady at check out explained everything really well. She told me her name and the number I could reach her if I needed anything. I highly recommend this office.

I remember posting a review here earlier, not sure whether they removed it or not. So far, I haven't had any positive experience with them regarding scheduling an appointment. When I was referred here by my PCP, I was a bit skeptical based on the negative reviews posted here on Google but still I went ahead here because it is easily accessible to me. I got a call from someone in February 2025 from this place, saying that they have got my referral and when can I come in for an appointment. Then the lady on the phone says, I have scheduled your appointment with Dr. Kelly Grow on May XX. I said okay. Last week, when I called to confirm about my appointment, they said that I am scheduled with one of her team members Sue Phelps. Why so? When did this happen? Who changed that? Automatically, these people are doing things. Through their website, when I went ahead to schedule an appointment with Dr. Grow, I got it for December, 2025. I contacted my PCP and she told me that because of some new patient procedures, they might ask you to see their NPs, then proceed with the main doctor. When I called these people again, the person on the phone was so cold, curt and felt as if he didn't like his job at all. When I asked him whether because of the above mentioned thing which my PCP told, do you guys also follow the same policy, hence my appointment got shifted from Dr. Grow to one of her team members, he said yes! If I have to only question and answer, what is the point of the scheduler then? God knows how my actual appointment will go, my final rating will be based on that. I hope it changes for the better.

It's a insurance racket. I figured it out! They get you in there and immediately assign a procedure my insurance was forced to cover. I was referred for continuing stomach pain and nausea. First protocol is you have to have a colonoscopy and I was a told during the exam that I would be given the drug that killed Michael Jackson, Rohypnol. When I finally get to see Jamie Williams the PA she tells me that my exam was perfect no problems but on my chart it told me I had diverticulitis on the left hand side then she said oh everybody has those then when I tried to talk to her about the reason I had originally come she brushed me off and told me I had to do with my constipation and stomach pains that I needed to figure it out my self. Then when I said but I still have nausea and pain she became very frustrated and said oh okay I'll find something in and then we'll do an x-ray. I immediately called my primary doctor and told him what had happened and he had me come in shortly thereafter and is helping me he just shook his head he said you may think things like that in your head but you never tell a patient to figure it out for themselves. And I'm kind of questioning the Rohypnol drug. Do we usually use Rohypnol for procedures? And now I noticed her eyes were so dark because her pupils were blown. Somethings off here. I strongly don't recommend. Oh and insurance paid, but it was not in my coverage. Big red flag!

Brought my son here as a new patient. My wife, who works in the medical profession specifically asked if they accepted a certain form of payment before scheduling the appointment and was told yes. After driving for an hour, we were then told that they ONLY accept it for procedures and NOT office visits. Huh? What's the difference? Either you accept it or you don't. You DON'T pick and choose, just because you may be making less profit on a particular service. Now to the good, the NP who saw us was very friendly and attentive to the situation and my son's concerns. She did not make us feel rushed or like we were just another number. She took the time to explain what her thoughts were and also what her recommendations were, going forward. As others have stated, if they could straighten out their ongoing incompetence issues with their billing administration, it would be easy to recommend them. I'm not saying not to go here, but just be aware of the potential for billing headaches if you do...

It’s hard to get support over the phone and I’ve now wasted time coming to a scheduled appointment that the doctor is seeing another patient during. You’ll waste insurance funds here. They don’t have time for all their patients. The receptionist didn’t even apologize. I’ll be finding another office. I’m in pain and I can’t even speak with someone about the tests THEY ordered.
