OUTSTANDING!! I've ordered plants from a number of places recently and this was the BEST experience. Prices were quite reasonable. Their system allows you to track your package. Shipment was made in a timely manner. The plants were better than I'd even hoped! Plants were very good sized, healthy, and had well-established roots. Packing was impeccable. Their packing system is the best I've seen and makes it very likely that plants will remain undamaged in shipping. Totally positive experience for me.

I've ordered from this nursery twice and had plants shipped to me in NC. The prices are reasonable and the plants arrive looking healthy. They also will ship whenever you want the plants, and not just on a strict timeline, which is nice. Most recently, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the azaleas I received from them. Delicate ephemeral bareroot plants were well-packaged and arrived ready to grow. The customer service can be a little unfriendly though. My only suggestion to them would be to work on their people skills a bit, and to respond to customers in a timely and friendly manner.

I just received my first order from Gardens of the Blue Ridge. I am so impressed that it won't be my last. My order arrived when I scheduled the delivery. The plants look healthy and were very carefully packaged. Not just paper to keep them from shifting in the box but the larger pots were actually sewn into place so they couldn't damage any of the smaller pots.

I just received three rare Rhododendrons that I have been looking for for over fifteen years. They all arrived in great condition and were very nice quality for their low price. The flock at Gardens of the Blue Ridge were very nice to work with and I would recommend them to everyone! I am extremely happy with both the service and the quality of the plants. I only leave reviews about every three years but felt this time really deserved it!

This was my first time ordering with them. They have a great selection and choice, and easy website to order from. They email order confirmation and then again with shipping and tracking info, so you'll know when your order will arrive. My order arrived quickly, and they packed all the plants with great care. They all arrive healthy and beautiful. I would order again from them.

Placed an order in March for pre-order. Received an email with cancelation and refund a month later with no explanation. No response to my email asking why the order was canceled. So disappointing!

I just got my order of two- sided Fraser, Cedar and White Pine wreaths, and they are Gorgeous! The customer Service was fantastic, as I had to change the ship date, and they made it easy. All around an excellent experience.

I spent over $40 on 4 plants and shipping, and was shocked when, around 2 weeks ago, I received 4 pots of dirt covered with moss. Only one of the plants has started to grow and bloom- the lily of the valley has one pip beginning to come up and some other kind of leaves (weeds?) are growing in the pot. What a rip-off! I called the company to express my disappointment, and they basically said that this is what they send out.
