I wanted a portable air conditioning unit with 10k BTU. I went to Home Depot for a deal. They had an open box , but were selling it at full price. The staff person said that it was a display and had never been used. I went across the street to Lowe's and bought a better and less expensive one.

All I needed was a few boards cut. It took 15 minutes to find an employee only to have him tell me that both saws were down. Bs. Went across the street to lowes and had a wonderful experience.

Went on a Saturday around noon. Guess everyone else had same idea! LOL Looked up everything I wanted on the app before entering. With that being said, I was in and out fairly quickly!!
