When Brian told me about Forge Fitness, I decided that I wanted to join up. Since we had worked together for a few years, I knew how much health, nutritional and exercise knowledge he brings to the table. Brian has taken his expertise and developed a fitness and diet program solely for me. That's impressive since I just turned 66 years old. Typical training sessions are 45-60 minutes and combine challenging exercise routines with diet recommendations designed for the individual. Brian's knowledge, dedication and professionalism are impressive. And best of all - my Forge Fitness program is designed to offer me a healthy life style. I made a great decision!
