First off, all staff was incredibly kind to me. Secondly, I was fit into their busy schedules for an eye emergency. Third, I felt completely taken care of, with everyone wanting the most accurate diagnosis. They also saw my son for a regular eye exam. He's quirky with various sensory issues. They were respectful throughout the entire process and I'm so thankful to everyone.

Athens Would you review us? Thank you for rating Nadine Forche so highly! Would you be able to do us one more favor? Posting your review at one of the below sites will directly help patients in making an informed decision. You can copy your review here to post at a site below: Everyone I encountered took time and showed interest in me as a patient. They were very polite and friendly. Glasses are expensive but service is great. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. My cousin and I went back together to pick up glasses. Service was actually crutty. The woman handed both of us a bag with our glasses as if to say “here now go”. She did not bother to have either of us read anything or see how they fit. Well I got home which is 70+ miles and they don’t work. Have done business with this establishment for many yrs . Nate always waited on me and he provided royal service. Going back today and hopefully they resolve my problem. Either way they have probably lost 2 customers maybe 3. Review Us On Goog Thanks in advance! Your help is greatly appreciated. The smoothness of the visit, and I was confident at each test location of cleanliness and knowledgeable techs, who were gentle and kind and patient! The ladies in optical listened and cared about my concerns with my glasses. I appreciated their level of knowledge and ability to give me help in order to make sure my lenses were correct and allowed me see better.

The receptionist gave me a warm welcome when I signed in for my appointment. My technician was very nice, professional and accommodating. The student doctor that did my refraction dilated eye examination was professional and courteous. Then I was handed off to Rose the optician. That's when this doctor's visit seemed to go south. I got the instant feeling that I was unwelcome, an imposition and beneath Rose's attention. Needless to say my good experiences with this practice had ended and now I was wondering how the rest would go. Went back to the dilation room for my retinol examination. Which was performed by the student doctor. Who was very nice still. Then the practicing doctor came in for a slit lamp examination. I got an attitude from him as well that “I put him out.” Might have been the creative parking job that had to be done to accommodate my truck with a bike rack on the back because the parking is so atrocious. It is flat out a horrible situation trying to park at that practice. He finished my exam. Went to check out. Where the Doctor Ii just seen was almost doing back flips for the cute blonde whose son had been seen. Which I guess I can't blame him. We all can get thirsty! It just added to my feeling of being a second class citizen at the practice. I personally would not recommend this practice.

The office was able to accommodate an emergency visit with no issues. And Dr. Forche was very patient and helped put my son at ease while treating his injury. Everyone is very helpful and provides great service.

I've been using Five Points Eye Care for years for routine check ups but recently had an actual problem on a Friday morning. Called in and told them what was going on and they made sure I was seen that day. Doctor met me after hours, did the exam and prescribed the right eye drops. Made for a better weekend not being in pain. The care given second to none and I highly recommend Five Points Eye Care.

My husband needed to be seen immediately for some metal that had gotten stuck in his eye. We called here first. They got him in today with an early appointment. Not only was the staff here super nice, but also the doctor's assistant and Dr. Brya herself was very friendly and located the metal and removed it fast and with ease. She knew exactly what she was doing.Very professional and super friendly people. We made the right choice by coming here.

The amount of waiting is terrible. Made an appointment for 10:10 am and arrived before 10 am. Was called to the exam room at 10:30 am. Had the yellow stuff put in eyes and was left to stew for over 30 minutes. Finally had to check if they'd forgotten. Then doctor returns. And by the time all was done and checked out, it was 12:15 pm. I didn’t have time to pick out glasses, just left. Doctor was great, so if you make an appointment, clear your calendar for the rest of the day. Especially if you decide to do the dilation, which I rescheduled, and decide to pick out glasses. They could stand to work on how the office schedules appointments. Maybe space them out better, so clients aren't waiting so long. Or if the waiting is necessary, prepare clients ahead of time to set aside 3 or more hours for the appointment.

Staff and Doctors are friendly and most importantly, very thorough in their examination and addresses the patients concerns. Will make referrals to give the best care.

Dr. Meg Brya is absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly thorough during my children’s eye exams and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated how patient and kind she was, making my kids feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and pays attention to every detail. We’re so thankful to have found such a caring and knowledgeable eye doctor for our family!
