If you ever want to buy anything online and pick up in person, don’t do it here. Their online store says everything is in stock and you’ll spend hours picking out what you want, just to arrive and then have nothing you want in stock and you waste all of your time. Not only that they gave away my order earlier today to somebody else and then have the audacity to give me nothing but attitude, horrible tone, and act like I’m a thief, even though they apparently gave my stuff away to somebody else hours before hand. Joys of the Olympia Drive post office in Athens, Georgia, and that disaster of a place. You also will understand and love this place just as much. I was told to Just go grab something of equal value to something that wasn’t in my bag, like I want anything else other than what I ordered from a place like this If I could give negative stars I would, this place is horrible

Went in this store with my husband, (9/10/24) at about 1:35 pm, and was racial profiled by the employee. Upon checking out, she rushed to us, demanding that she scan our items for us, and then stated that some people steal. (At the same time there was another race checking out, and she never bothered them) she was very rude, and I will not be returning.

Dropped my lip liner that was in my bag that had a hole in it and the guy with the five below shirt did not do anything and I left without my lip liner (this is mainly about the guy not doing anything)

I don't even know why they opened in town if they're not going to have essential items. May as well be a low budget kiddie or toy store with a couple of cheap items you can find at Dollar General or Family Dollar. Since opening, dorm room or house hold items have never been in stock. You'd think being located just a few blocks away from UGA these items would have been a priority for stock.
