This was my first time at this dealership in 2023, although I’m super late on the review. The buying experience was amazing and fast. They were friendly and communicated well. I will be coming back this year. The pricing OMG, just know they were beyond on point with selling me this Lincoln Navigator. Clean inside and outside no problem with any lights coming on, no smell. Once I got it home no problem. I had so many people including the mechanics trying to offer me a price to sell to them. The mechanics said the vehicle was very well intact and the fluids was most definitely A1. First Auto Sales did an extremely incredible job with selling me a vehicle.

This was an excellent experience. This dealerships honesty coupled with excellent pricing made for an easy decision when replacing a totaled vehicle. Both the business owner and other employees or gracious, kind, honest and truthful. I had a couple minor items to discuss about this vehicle and transaction and all was addressed satisfactorally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend checking them out even if you're driving 90 minutes to get there like I did.

Terrible place to do business with. I called ahead to confirm a car in stock and to find out if the car was smoked in or not. The receptionist told me she didn't smell anything. NOTICE.( We lived in TN, 4hrs away.)So I told trusted her word , and drove down with the family to only find out the car has been smoked in clear as day. This car was gonna be for my daughter. So 8+ hrs of my family and I day I lost. All I got was a sorry. This ladies and gentlemen is what incompetence looks like. I was beyond pissed. Even the owner was to busy to call or text back to me..... Karma will circle around.....

I would have given 5 stars however one issue stops me from doing so. I was very interested in a car they had posted on line, I called and asked the normal questions you ask about a used car, with the information I was given I made the long trip from Alabama to their lot, when I got there they were very friendly and accommodating, but when I got into the car it smelled strongly of mildew, I test drove the car anyway and it actually drove well and seemed mechanically sound, however with the strong mildew smell I was not ready to take the chance of a issue coming up due to water so I did not purchase the car. I did however find a decent S 500 that needed just a little tlc to make a great car, so I purchased it for close to asking price as I have never seen a S 500 of its age in such good cosmetic condition, the car needed some work but as a mechanic I am able to do it myself and save some big bucks! Ie.. the air suspension needed re done, 6k at Benz to do it! 500 bucks for me to do it! Car needed brakes and rotors, almost a grand at benze, but 265 bucks for me to do it my self. Needless to say the car I purchased made the long trip home without issues! Overall I am happy with the deal as I knew what I was getting into. Reading their negative reviews it seems there’s a common issue.. if you don’t have mechanical experience or you cannot have the car looked over by a mechanic do not buy any used car from anywhere! 4 stars from me, would of been 5 if they told me upfront the original car I was looking at had possible water intrusion.

Drove from Canton to Winder to buy a 98 Dodge Ram a couple of weeks ago. And it threw a rod on the way home. Got it towed home and tried to contact the owner and have not gotten any response. So I am out $3400 bucks and have a truck with a blown engine.
