My mom’s Package been here for 2 weeks.Two managers were suppose to call her, never got called. It’s going to be a missing/lost in transit aka “stolen package “ again. Would NOT recommend FedEx for anything!!

I visited the Walgreens in Danielsville Ga, I had a return to Walmart that had to be out by the next day to get a refund. The only thing that i received was a QR code to be scanned and the package was to be on it's way. Not that easy, there's still a few locations that can't do that yet due to not having programming to do it with. But the young lady who was trying to do everything she could in her power to help me with the package there, I would love to say thank you, she went above and beyond some of the means of trying to get it done for me, I have never seen a more determined person than she was to help. I left the package with her and my phone number,if she couldn't find out how to fix my problem for me i asked if she would please call me, well to tell you that she did everything she could do for me, and then she even bought the package back me at home, so I could get it sent out today. Kacie you are one of a kind, and thanks for everything.

Every item we've ordered that goes through this shipment center lately ends up missing. They'll file your claim and end their investigation saying it was delivered even though it never was and we're left with nothing. Happened multiple times now.
