The customer service at this location was terrible, marked by extremely rude and unwelcoming staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt that the employees were annoyed and looked at me negatively for simply needing help. Bonnie's attitude was especially egregious; she was completely unsympathetic and acted in a very nasty manner. Staff should be trained to be helpful and welcoming, not hostile. I will take my business elsewhere

Delivered my package to the wrong address. They submitted a picture that wasn’t my front porch and I immediately contacted after I got the delivery confirmation message. All they did was submit some useless ticket and then email me a few days later saying they couldn’t retrieve the package. I even talked to the fedex delivery driver the same day when he stopped at our drive way on his route AFTER HE ALREADY DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. He said he didn’t have our package which I already knew becauseee IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I showed him the picture of the delivery and told him that my package was delivered but the picture submitted wasn’t my house. He apologized and said he would retrieve the package and deliver it the next day, this obviously did not happen. It was legit a queen mattress in a box. To whoever got my package I hope it’s comfy. :,) And to Athens FedEx you lowkey suck for that man.

One of the employees, a white male about 5’10-6ft with grey hair prob 50-60 yrs old, just almost hit me in the parking lot by swerving around my car like a maniac and then he continued to flick me off for no reason while wearing his fedex shirt in the fedex parking lot (very bold). He then drove off and almost hit two other cars because he pulled out in front of them LOL. Also, I have seen this man multiple times working inside of the fedex at the counter so watch out if you’re in the fedex parking lot!

me and my mom went to fedex having a hard time and brady showed OUT! he did exactly what we wanted he was kinda and he had very good costumer service skills!!! I tell you what i never seen someone so nice! ❤️

I had a quick turnaround project for a client meeting first thing the next morning, and after the two UPS stores closer to my office said no, Shane at FedEx said yes. Not only did he stay after hours to get it done, he called to make sure he had specific details correct to do the job exactly how I needed it. Huge thank you to Shane at this FedEx location for saving the day!

I love this FedEx! ♡ The staff is so helpful, friendly and just amazing. I dropped off packages for return here 4 or 5 times and each time the workers warmly help me with everything. I was worried about my box, it was not even sealed by me and covered in stickers with old information on it today. The worker (I will definitely look at the name the next time I am there) enthusiastically took care of everything, sealed my package and cleaned the old stickers with joy! The drop off took around a minute for me! And I keep having the same experience in this location constantly! Just treated as a family member here! Thank y'all if you read it ♡ You are very appreciated, I will never stop being amazed by honest, hard-working, open, nice people working here and take it for granted!

I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome . All 3 employees displayed outstanding customer service . This was my first experience with FedEx since my usual shipping companies are closed Sundays . This will be my go to from here on out . I Highly recommend keeping these fellas apart of the Fedex team . Thanks again!

The fed ex driver took my package to someone else home 9 miles from my house he put it on the side of the road at the mailbox . Number 1 it not the right address and it tell you the address on the box but he decided to give my $350 package to someone else. I called the 800 number and she couldn’t speak eng and would not give me the right number so now I guess I will drive to find what I need to do . Wow way to go fed ex driver
