This place is a hidden gem in Athens GA. I had no intentions of purchasing anything when I walked in but I left with a very nice recliner that was a fabulous price. This store is female owned and she knows her business. I will be going back for a washing machine soon. Wonderful customer service. Go by there if you need any furniture. You won't regret it. Very easy in house financing too. Oh yeah, you don't get the floor model like you do at most chain furniture stores. You get a brand new one in a box. Very satisfied with my purchase. 5 stars all the way!!

Walked in and immediately found what I was looking for. Paula was awesome. She was so kind and not pushy at all. When the finance discussions started Kathy was so sweet and Becky finished the deal. They were all so informative and a delight to talk to. Bought end tables 30 years ago from Farmers Furniture and they are still in my house. Can’t say enough about this place and it’s WONDERFUL STAFF!! But I’ll start by naming them……… first and foremost Miss Paula!! She is the bomb!! What a great lady helpful warm friendly inviting and professional! Also found Becky (Mgr.) Brian, Michael (delivery guys) Ciera (book keeper) and Kathy (credit mgr) equally as such!! And of course I came away with a few great gems!! Thank you guys!!

Bought a small retro refrigerator and couldn’t be more pleased! Becky and Kathy assisted me with my purchase, Kathy knew exactly what I wanted when I started listing the items I needed. Becky showed it to me and I was thrilled with the look, the height, well, really, just everything about it including the price! I’ll be the first to admit that I can be rather selective (picky) and these ladies could not have been more professional and accommodating. In fact, Kathy is the one that delivered it to me! Top notch service, I WILL be back!

The guys who deliver do a fantastic job! But, Becky needs to show more professionalism and allow them to work in peace. She called the guys working on my furniture and asked them if they were finished yet and they had only been at my place for 20 minutes. Mind you I had a sectional sofa which neither of them had put together before along with some very difficult tables for my living room area. When they replied, no, she then asked why not?! How rude can Becky be, and who the heck put her in management? She really needs to consider telling them thank you and learning how to speak to people who should be appreciated. Becky, your management skills are lacking, but the guys were awesome and did a wonderful job with my furniture!

When is Thursday to pay my layaway off and they said they would deliver my furniture on Friday after 3:00 they waited till after 3:00 to call and tell me that they're not going to be able to deliver my furniture then on top of that they put me on hold and then said they're fixing to load it and bring it on anyways so I'm sitting here waiting and waiting been waiting all day and preparing for them to come they never showed so I called around about 5:30 the first time I called nobody answered the phone the second time I called they're like Miss Maribel they tried to reach you which was a bold face so I've been sitting downstairs in my apartment all day waiting for them to come they have not only did that but they also messed with my time and my point system on my job you messed with my time my point system and my money and my PTO very very poor customer service very poor customer service I would not recommend anybody to go and get furniture from them or do to do any business with them
