Appointments are fairly long. They do kind of make you feel like you're only in there to get drugs and get high, though. I don't know, I guess they deal with a lot of addicts, but we definitely weren't one of them. So they need to do a better job at differentiating.

FIND ANOTHER PAIN MANAGEMENT OFFICE PLEASE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I would give zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office, like I was here. You can't speak to the doctor. The nurse and doctor discuss your treatment and then the nurse relays the message to you. The doctor isn't even on the premise. He is in another building down the street. This doctor has been sued a few times, yes, you can Google it and find out. It was even in the newspaper. The fraud they are getting away with us ungodly. I just stopped going and deal with the pain. I was referred here by my doctor because Ellis Pain Management stopped taking my insurance. Needless to say, I'd rather go back to Ellis and pay out of pocket, than ever step back in this property. I had absolutely no issues at Ellis and their staff was absolutely amazing.

The mood here seems more relaxed lately and the nurses actually smile occasionally. I have been going here for almost 9 years and have seen a ton of staff go thru, sometimes changing almost the whole staff between visits. Hopefully they keep it up, or get even better. Doing good FFHC !

0 stars, At Family First: Pain Management on prince Ave, they wouldn't see me since they hadn't received my diagnoses from my primary care dr, even though my orthopedic who referred me did send all that paperwork. I said my doctor's office is literally across the street I can get that and come back for my appointment they said that they would have to reschedule me. So I rescheduled went across the street to my doctor's office got the paperwork tried to call Family First pain management and they did not answer the phone. Called again was put on hold and hung up on. I could see the receptionist peek through the blinds of the pain management doctor. I went back over there. It wasn't even 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time of 4pm, I was at their door at 4:12 p.m. they close at 5:00 and the door was locked. A really bad experience, when im already in pain, running around, to try and get some help.
