I usually dont shop @ this store.due to the location....however I stopped in about a wk ago & the store seemed to be fully stocked with items, a nice selection of products, & overall clean. I will definitely be shopping here more!!

Good luck trying to get these people especially the manager to honor their pricing when it is their mistake. Worst location in town, run down and absolutely horrible customer service. Thank you for nothing, Family Dollar.

Christmas eve night as we all know may be hectic grabbing things last minute. I needed wrapping paper and breakfast for the morning. There was 2 wonderful ladies working very very helpful as I am not from around here. I never leave reviews but this was definitely a wonderful visit and talk with these two ladies I had to leave a 5 star if I'm ever in town I'm definitely going back. Love them

Couldn’t move my cart around bc of the boxes everywhere. But I didn’t complain, I would have let that slide because all dollar stores are like that. It was also extremely hot in the store and I don’t see how I would be able to shop there for long let alone work. Also, the clerk seemed disappointed because I had about 15-20 items and she said it was a lot to scan. I inconvenienced her by asking her to do her job I guess. Also she asked me how I wanted her to scan the items which I didn’t understand. I told her to scan them like normal. I don’t know why she made it so difficult.

Old lady is unprofessional and rude to me and my mom. That same lady did the same thing to another client a few weeks ago I walked in and she was yelling at a customer.

Went by the store twice today and it was closed. They changed the open time on the handwritten sign from 12 to 3 during the times I came back. Why not just say closed for the day if you don't plan on opening. I'm not sure why corporate doesn't address this store as we all leave the same reviews saying they make up their hours as they want. Pretty sure somebody was clocked in getting paid as there are vehicles in the parking lot with No-one sitting in them. The same ones from the first trip were there at the 2nd trip 3 hrs apart..

They have all the everyday stuff I need, so I'm in there ALOT. Close to home, too. Update: This store has gone down. 4 times in the last 3 months, the store was closed during 'open' hours. Today the doors were locked at 11:30am. That's really bad business. Second update: It's 12:20pm on a Tuesday and they're closed. I'm done with this store. Third update: 1:30p on July 31, 2021: Came in to buy a broom and surprise, the doors are locked. How is this store still in business?

Walked in to grab an item wouldn't have took long at all. Got no greeting just told when they close. Had 2 costumers walk in b4 me. After I entered customers in front of me and staff said something ppl always coming in last few minute b4 closing .as I left they didn't say anything to the costumer they held the door for about there closing. I choose to leave and not give them my business. I'll go elsewhere. Unprofessional and rude.

Arrived at this store after much trouble procuring a ride (I don't currently have a car at this time). Hours for today was supposed to be that they were open til 10pm. They had already locked the doors at 9:20pm! What type of business is this? This isn't the first time that they've done this.

Do not purchase electronic from this store. The return policy deviates from headquarters 30 day money back with receipt. You will not get a refund even if you return it the same day! All they are willing to do is EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT! No other store does this. Plus the merchandise is higher than the items on Hawthorne.
