I went to the store on June 14, 2025 @ 4pm… The new white lady that’s working in there. Has the most horrible customer service… I heard there was a staff change… if this is the type of people they’re hiring I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you don’t like your job honey QUIT other people will be HAPPY to work

Lots of different cheap items here for quick needs from food items to hygiene care products and toiletries. The manager (I believe she is the manager and if not should be) she's a really nice lady and can t ell you if they have what your looking for and where it's located. I love her ancient as well, beautiful lady inside and out.

Me and my family are new to this area and everytime I walk in there the supervisor accuses me of stealing, even called the police, had me searched, came up with nothing and still had me barred all for nothing. If you not an older person don't go to this store especially not with your children, you will be accused of stealing by her and you will be followed around the store by her male staff member.

Associates are nice. Never any issues with checkout and this location has more selections than the dollar store closest to me in Winterville. Just need more pricing on items and updated pricing.

Horrible customer experience. Cashier didn't give me all my bags. I didn't realize I didn't have all my bags until I got home. Went back to the store and the cashier had the nerve to tell me she had all my bags together when I only had 2\3 of my bags. Maybe they should learn to count. Cashier was too busy answering her phone rather than taking care of her job.

The associates at this store are beyond rude and ignorant. I walk in at 8 am, and the employee is at the register, video chatting with her boyfriend, and then refuses to give me cash back on a purchase because "she doesn't want to open her register." I'm pretty sure that's your job. Avoid the employees at all cost if you have to shop here.

I've been from Washington Georgia to Calhoun Georgia and I believe that I have stopped at every store almost either they're empty and waiting on a truck, or the store looks like a hurricane has hit it totally disorganized. This store was very clean and great service. Plus they had everything I needed. P. S. Hand sanitizer and toilet paper.

The young lady was doing a great job I noticed that the store manager was out they said she was out of town I was amazed how good things was running one girl was ringing up and putting up stuff at the same time it was a great time to visit the Family Dollar Store.

This store is ok for discount products they have a little of everything. Kitchen, posters school supply's ,bathroom cleanings , flip flops ets .You will find something you can use or need for the house period ☺

Easy to spot and conveniently located, this newly opened Family Dollar has last minute pickups at reasonable prices. They did have a "no swimming" sign posted that's worth taking a look at. . . .
