Very rude! Liar. He never delivered my mattress. Then has the audacity to say he has me on camera taking the mattress. He is now refusing to deliver the mattress or refund my money. And is threatening to have me arrested. Wayne did wake up and refund my money. So I'm changing the review from 1 star to 2 stars. I still believe he needs to provide better customer service and should never threaten to have a customer falsely arrested. Not everyone will be scared by his empty threats. He further said his products are not quality products.

This guy is a typical mattress salesman. You can get the same 1600 mattress he will try to push on you somewhere else for much cheaper. A Walmart mattress would be less expensive and better than what he has. Don’t fall for the family business talk. He does it to reel you in. Make sure if you buy a mattress from him that you take it then and don’t have him deliver to you or take a picture of the tag. He acts nice when he is getting over on you but when you ask him respectfully about an issue he immediately jumps to speak to a “valued customer” that spent over $1200 with him with a condescending tone and otherwise being a jerk. All around just a great human being. That was sarcasm.

And it’s all very comfortable. And the price, UNBEATABLE. I highly recommend you go see him if you need ANY furniture. He has it all.

Wayne and Brandon were very patient and informative. I had a specific bedroom suite in mind for my son. I priced it at Ashley Furniture for over $3000 without a mattress. I was able to get approved through 2 fonance companies and pay some cash down and walked away paying $2200 with the mattress. My son was having surgery the next day and they made sure to meet us at our home as soon as we arrived to set up his nee bed to ensure his comfort!!! Thank you Wayne and Brandon for such a top notch 5-star experience!!! Also, Wayne called the next day to ensure our satisfaction and check on my sons condition.
