I think enterprise does not know that they are representing themselves as a national company because they’re very silo. The phones ring and ring and ring and when you go on location, you understand why. I don’t know if you’re just understand. I don’t know if it’s the quality of the staff you are recruiting but from Into end, you need to pay a process person to come in and get you all squared away because you’re working harder when you should all be working smarter. You are not my preferred Rent-A-Car space but USAA uses you all exclusively and I just wanna know how did you make that arrangement because it is absolutely not because of your Work Ethic

DO NOT USE! RENT ELSEWHERE! I rented a vehicle on 11/29 for a move from GA to TX. I returned the vehicle on 12/1 after a very nice and relaxing drive to TX. Weather was gorgeous and sunny the whole trip! See attached pictures. Upon drop off I was told that the car had sustained hail damage and that I would be responsible for paying the repairs. I was obviously baffled and explained that we never even drove through any hail during our drive, not even the slightest bit of bad weather. During pick up we did look the car over with an employee but the roof and hood were not gone over nor was the screen they use to check for this even used, I assume this is due to us not getting hail often in GA. After explaining, the associate asked me to then drive the vehicle to the DFW location for drop off instead with no additional cost to me. Well, that was a lie as I was charged for the extra hour that it took me to get to the 2nd location and drop off the keys. Why am I still charged when I was at my drop off location in time to return the car and YOU requested I take it elsewhere? The car was picked up on 1/2 a tank and I was told to return it at 1/2 a tank, why was I still charged for filling the rest of the tank? Then I get contacted yet again by a manager claiming hail damage to the car to which I explain once again that it in no way could have happened during my rental, no response. I’ve reached out to damage claims as well as the location that gave me the vehicle and both entities told me that the car was closed out with NO damages reported. Why am I being contacted about hail damage then? Upon further research, there seems to be a lot of lawsuit involving false hail damages and charging people thousands for those false damages. STAY AWAY!! To clarify, Winder location was EXCELLENT and did what they could to resolve things for me once contacted!!! My review is based solely on the TEXAS locations but my reservation is linked to Winder so that’s where my review went

Up on my first visit everyone was really nice. The car was really clean, but I left my handicap sticker in the car and no one called to let me know. I thought that was wrong. I wanted to rent a car again, a few days later and I needed to be pick up and was told by the assistant manager that they didn’t pick up even though they had picked me up the first time she just straight out lied and when I told her that she said it must’ve been a special occasion. So, I will not be going back to this Enterprise. It’s only the people because I went to another. Enterprise and received better service and I have been a member of Enterprise for years.

My wife recently rented a car from this location. Never got back deposit or email about the bill. She made several visits about the matter, because they don't answer the phone. She also received a call from David after returning the car, who told her the deposit would be returned. A young female manager that talked to my wife though the matter was funny. Very unprofessional. Never again, taking our business elsewhere. What happened to the professional employees. Young woman was very condescending

I’d usually give this place a higher rating but not after my last rental. I picked my car up Friday afternoon and it was very quick. Which was awesome. Upon getting in the car the windshield fluid light came on no big deal. Next day I’m getting in the car and the low tire pressure light is on along with service due. I was unable to call the store due to them closing at 1pm and then the branch is closed on Sundays. I had a 3 hour trip the next day and that was the whole point of getting a rental. I put air in the tire hoping it wouldn’t turn back on. I go to leave Sunday morning for my trip and the tire is at 4 psi ON THE GROUND. I put air in it again . I didn’t see a nail or visible punctures so I assume it was a leak. So here Iam about to make a 3 hour drive hoping and praying nothing would happen. I arrived safely but had to pump my tire 2-3 times a day with my own money. I called to let them know on Monday and the young lady wasn’t very helpful she said I could come swap it but I was in a different state so that wasn’t possible. She apologies and said she would make notes on the account. Didn’t seem to be too concerned at all. This didn’t sit well with me so I called later and someone else picked up and I explained. He let me know I could go to a near by store and get a different car. Amazing. I attempted to do that but long story short not successful. I had to wait to get a tire repair at a shop. Frustrated is an understatement. I would expect all cars to be serviced and up to par before they are given to guest. Please do better.

This Enterprise location is always a slow service. Every time I’ve rented a car from them it takes quite a while because of low staffing and sometimes staff are in the back doing who knows what. Not very good at acknowledging/helping customers who first walk in. If you’re walking in to ask for a car they’re usually low stocked on available rentals so reserve ahead.

Wasn't very pleased with this particular Enterprise, the young lady that checked us in was nice and professional but the car we were given had "Just" been washed it still have Bird crap all over it and several large places that didn't even see a drop of water and the inside smelled pretty bad which I mentioned to the young lady doing the walk around with us but she didn't offer to have it washed aging or a different vehicle. Wasn't very pleased.
