These people were GREAT! Due to circumstances beyond our control, my wife & I needed a rental car at the spur of the moment. Ours was being fixed. The Enterprise here in Monroe didn't have one, so I called this one in Athens. Not only had a vehicle, but when one tire kept going flat, they gave me a replacement & was happy to do so. I much appreciated it. Should we need another rental in the future this will be the 1st place I call. Many thanks guys.

My experience with this location was not good. I got a flat tire on my rental once I reached my destination in Athens, Georgia. I called this location for help and it was obvious that they did not want to help me or deal with my issue. I kept getting referred to the next enterprise location. If you’re going to spend money with them, I’m sure they’ll be glad to help you out but if you are needing help, in a town you are not familiar with…good luck!

No issues whatsoever. Car was clean and customer service was fantastic. I needed to extend my rental by one day and they did it without any problem. I will definitely use enterprise rental Athens again

Was charged 2 hour late fee was not late but the late fee was charged before I left and 3 day license recovery fee for two day.I call and was told this is what they do. Was told it for late fee it was funny to him. Call and was explain the fee.There office on making customers comfortable. I am mad at myself for not reviewing my bill in the past, how much have they wrongly made in past rental ?

5 stars!! I recently rented a vehicle for our yearly beach trip. I was very satisfied with my rental and the service was excellent as always!! I was in and out In 15 minutes!! I love the Atlanta Hwy location and staff!! Thanks enterprise for providing excellent service along with nice and clean vehicles! I won't rent anywhere else

I wish companies like these take responsibility for their idiotic practices. I arrived to the building before my check in and specifically wanted a Toyota Corolla to rent and saw it being handed off to someone else when I specifically reserved it a week ago? And they tell me oh it’s Toyota type or “small car”vehicle as if I wanted to hear a dog and pony show about why you gave the car that I wanted to reserve specifically to another couple as I was arriving at the lot. And the kid with glasses has the “I don’t care whatever man just leave” tone with me when I tell him this isn’t the vehicle I requested.

I have to give the utmost kudos and thanks to Anushka at the Enterprise off of Atl HWY in Athens for being so beyond kind, going more than just the extra mile and making my rental car experience after a bad car accident something that wasn’t the ultimate hassle. She was so kind from the moment I called and personally ensured to help me when I arrived to pick up a vehicle. Moreover, she surprised me by getting a very nice Volvo from another Athens location which was so much more than I expected and something done on her own volition out of sheer kindness. It’s so refreshing to meet genuine people like her and I’m thankful she made the experience so great.
