Fast and decent service. However I paid 150$ for a one way trip from Athens to Atlanta Airport and they gave me a Mitsubishi Mirage which was clean but the cheapest car ever (very bare bones). I was expecting a little nicer of a car. Other than that setvice etc., was good.

Just picked up my enterprise rental car, a 15 passenger van reserved 2 weeks in advance. Not only was the van we reserved not available, but we found some of the specifically requested features, removable seating, unavailable in the van they did set us up with. The icing on the cake is the additional $300 in hidden fees and charges that were not disclosed until we arrived to pick up the rental. After being asked directly several times during reservation, “is this the final price?”, we were assured the quoted price was the final price and all that was left was to come and pay for the rental. Not so. The van is nice but not what we were looking for, and we would have gone to another company if the actual, final price of the rental was the price quoted to us. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Car was wonderful and the driver assist tripped me out 😆 car will turn the wheel itself to stay in lane. Adam had me in and out heading to Florida in no time. To whom it may make concern, I was very disappointed with this rental experience. I have used enterprise in the past 4 years and have always been very pleased. I understand that issues do arise, but I was very disappointed that I had to return a vehicle because it was unsafe to drive. And I was very disheartened that I still had to pay for that vehicle. Although I returned it and did not use it through the capacity of the rental agreement. I don't believe that enterprise.Is so money hungry that they would rent out vehicles that are unsafe and expect people to pay again. I have read it from enterprise for many years. I am very disappointed and this rental experience, and I believe that enterprise has the ability to rectifyThis issue i should not have had to pay for an unsafe vehicle that I returned because of that the issue. Thank you, and I hope that someone will readily respond and rectify this issue kind disregards long time loyal customer.

Absolutely horrible service at the Athens location. No parking, forced to park on the street in a shady neighborhood (a courtesy call the day before could have solved this) and an overpowering and nauseating smell of cigarette smoke in the car to add insult to injury. This was a 3 week rental.
