I had to take my daughter to see Dr.Murphy for sinus issues. When we walked in we were greeted nicely and check in went great. Everything was clean and very nice. We did not have a long wait and everything was right on time. Dr.Murphy’s assistant Ivy called us back and was very professional and kind. She talked with us about our appointment and what to expect. She answered all questions we had and made us feel comfortable. My daughter tends to have anxiety but Ivy made her feel very at ease. Dr.Murphy came in went over all concerns and questions and was great! Would highly recommend this team!

I would definitely not recommend Athens ENT to anyone. If you can find a private practice ENT i would highly recommend that route. I went there because i was having sinus issues and my regular ENT doctor had passed away. They gave me an allergy test and I had a follow up scheduled to go over my results. I was told i would be contacted to receive treatment recommendations but never received a called from anyone. I definitely got a bill but they never fixed my sinus issues. Call to pay my bill, now I’m getting a total different amount than the bill that they sent me. I would just recommend going to a place more personable to their clients.
