Don’t lease here. I pay $705 in rent now, last year I payed maybe $600. The reason? “Updated” kitchen backsplash, “fixing” lights, and changing out the vents in bathrooms. Not to mention water shutting off more times than is reasonable (I have included photos as evidence of water shut offs). The pool was closed for an unreasonable amount of time (September 2024-August 2025), and to top it off, 3-4 apartments in building 5 caught fire and burned down. Photos also provided. The girl at the front office with dark hair is also rude, and didn’t bother to look for my package which they almost misplaced on 8/28 (it was found under a pile of packages that arrived the day after mine. No organizational skills). Overall, not worth the absurd amount of money they are charging. I have not had severe bug problems luckily, but they still manage to find their ways into my bathtub.

The place is a little shabby and certainly could use some renovation&new furniture, nonetheless it was worth the price until it came time to renew the lease where I found my rent increase from $525 a month to $725 after living here for just one spring semester (mind you that there has been zero upgrades made to my unit to justify the increase in rent). In other words the price and quality is no longer there. You can easily find bigger and nicer places for the same price just around the corner.

I've enjoyed living at Enclave 425 so much! It's totally different since the renovations happened and the pool is so much fun. It was closed for a long time, but it was worth the wait. The other amenities are really nice and clean, and my roommates get a lot of our school work done in the study rooms. I haven't tried the gym yet, but I want to. I haven't dealt with the staff very much, but move in was easy and they were helpful.

Enclave 425 is a great place to live for students who want to live off campus but close enough so that you can get to school easily. The office team are always nice and helpful with any needs you may have. Other benefits of living here are the cool amenities they offer, a gym, a pool, games, and a great hangout area. Definitely look into living at enclave 425 if you are in need of an apartment!

Overall, this apartment isn't bad. However when I moved out, I got a lot of fees that did not make sense!!! I got a carpet fee for 300!! Keep in mind, this carpet had already been damaged since I moved in, and there was a dead lizard STUCK to the carpet when I moved in. I got a couple of other charges I needed to dispute. As soon as I got the charges to my account, I called, and visited the office and tried to dispute them. However I was told EVERY TIME to wait two weeks. Well, we are at the end of September now, and apparently, I CANNOT dispute it anymore as it has gone to pre-collection. When I did go to the office in August I was told to not worry as it won't hit collection until 90 days! Keep in mind I moved out at the end of JULY. Besides this, office is HORRIBLE at answering calls and being helpful when it came to this.

Do not live here. The apartments may be cheap, but the conditions are unsafe. My unit had severe mold that management refused to fix, which made me sick for an entire semester and forced me to move home and commute an hour each way. They ignored requests to replace my moldy window and offered no compensation. On top of that, communication is awful—they never answer the phone, and emails go nowhere. After moving out, I was charged $300 for carpet replacement with no proof it was ever replaced, and my dispute was ignored until it was sent to collections. Save yourself the stress. Pay a little more to live somewhere safe and professional

DO NOT RENT HERE, EVER. RUN FAR, RUN FAST. The recent reviews are absolutely on point. This place and its sister complex Arches on the lake are absolutely extremely horrible. You will pay a premium to live in a slum. Upon stepping into your room, you will never feel more disappointed in your life like I did. One common theme, in case you have not noticed, is that they would charge you bogus fees during and after. Supposedly, they charge a cleaning fee to hire contractors to clean because they thought we didn’t clean well enough. Yet somehow, as the reviews can confirm, many of the rooms still look absolutely garbage when new people move in! So did they charge people just because??? With all the bad reviews, the slummy conditions, the mismanagement, and more recently, the fire that burned down a couple of buildings, I won’t be surprised if the County shuts down these two places at some point.

I lived here for a year, and my experience was consistently disappointing. When it came time to renew, our contract suddenly included a nearly $100 rent increase with no clear explanation. I was later told it was because our unit was now considered “premium,” even though we had no idea it was being classified that way. The renovations that supposedly made it “premium” weren’t even completed yet. I tried early on to move to a cheaper unit for the renewal but was told to check back later, and when I did, all the lower-tier options were gone. No one followed up in between. This was one of many examples of how poor the communication was throughout my lease. Renovations were also disruptive and unorganized. I once woke up to a man inside my apartment removing light fixtures, with no notice given. The unit had ongoing bug issues (spiders, pill bugs and centipedes), uneven A/C (my room stayed freezing in the winter), and cheap, surface-level updates that didn’t justify the cost. I reported a ripped couch when I moved in, sent photos like I was asked to, and nothing was ever done. After I moved out, I was charged for that same couch. Between the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and being charged for things I reported from day one, I would not recommend living here.

Do not live here. All the positive reviews are from prior management- back when it was a reasonable price, semi-responsive management, and not scammy. I just moved out after 3 years. We had mold that was never addressed, constant leaks but also water shut offs, I even had an administrative staff member walk into my house with no warning. Living there was mediocre- no pool for two years despite paying for it, but neighbors were chill. Moving out was a nightmare. They charged me and ALL of my roommates 300+ for carpet damage and odor despite there being documented pre-existing damage and odor from the multiple reported leaks. Our move-in documentation was LOST BY THEM but we paid the price. They did not let me inspect the premises within 5 days which was GUARANTEED in my lease, and all of my appeals were disregarded and not fully addressed. Take pictures of everything, ask for maintenance requests 24/7 so theres documentation of your appeals. At least the maintenance men were friendly. Money hungry, scammy, low quality. Wish it had never been bought out.

I am actually very surprised at the amount of fairly positive reviews on this place because my experience has been the complete opposite. 1. The bugs are terrible. Please believe everything you see, unless you want to be living in filth, please do not sign here. 2. They try to market themselves as a renovated apartment place, but the rooms are old and you can see exposed nails, and the apartment just does not look good at all and not especially for 750$. 3. I took this as a sublease and they are trying to charge me in about $700 in damages that were not from me, I did not receive an inspection form, and no one is there to help you or answer the phone or answer any emails because all they want is money. 4. The staff sucks too, When I went in there to turn in my apartment keys, they looked at me as if I was bothering them. PLEASE JUST SIGN SOMEWHERE ELSE
