I read some of the 1 star reviews to determine whether I'm the only one with a negative experience but unfortunately not. I do think the professionalism is absolutely lacking regarding being cancelled and rescheduled. The 2 stars is because the highlights were great but microblading is awful and should be a miss. Two visits. I guess to say the shape is horrible but faint is a good thing because the poor shaping is less noticeable and hopefully will fade sooner than later. And the bare spots in the shaping - unforgiveable. Give it a pass and don't rely on the photos you are shown as examples of the end result. And I do agree with another reviewer that loyalty is not a factor.

Visited the salon for the first time to experience the head spa! What an experience! From the moment I crossed the threshold, I was welcomed and attended. The service itself was exquisite, so relaxing that I fell asleep! And the blowout afterward…amazing! My hair feels and looks amazing! My scalp is happy happy! 10/10 would recommend!

Leah is amazing and can take my hair from summer Platinum to a warm, fall Carmel without any damage. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is always fun and friendly. They are always stocked with the best products to keep my hair healthy in between sessions. Highly recommend!

Destiny is amazing! I tried the head spa yesterday and it did not disappoint. She's been doing my lashes for years now and has always done great. If you looking for a relaxing experience definitely try to head spa.

Brooke did a very good job and took her time to make sure the cut looked good from all angles. Chassity has cut my whole family's hair in the past and I would gladly recommend either of them. I did have to wait a little while after my appointment start time before she was able to start mine, but I was very happy with the outcome. Make sure to bring a book and just be prepared that you might have to wait just a bit.

Elle Cee's is my place. Friendly, fun staff, great atmosphere and great stylists! I've referred several friends to my girl Leah because I always love my cut and color when I see her. I was the teen that cried every time my mom cut my hair and it wasn't the way I liked it, so you know I'm picky about my hair.

OMG the customer service here is unheard of. My daughter was scheduled at another salon for full highlights the week of her senior prom. The stylist called last minute and cancelled on us. I called Elle Cee's salon desperate to get an appointment. They were so sweet and understanding to our situation. Erin was willing to work my daughter in but only had the time to do a partial highlight. She offered to call around to some of her stylist friends in town to see if anyone could work her in for a full highlight. Not only did she find someone but she booked the appointment for us as well. All we had to do was show up. I've never experienced that level of customer service. Erin absolutely saved my daughter's prom. With this level of customer service and care for a complete stranger I can only imagine how well they take care of their clients.
