Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. There were some delivery issues (confusing address, no fault of the drivers), but they made sure to get what was the prettiest bouquet I've ever seen out as soon as they could. Will most definitely be ordering from Elizabeth Ann again in the future, they truly go above and beyond.

Ordered online so you really never know what you're going to get, but not only was the service excellent, but the arrangement was more than I even expected. All around a great experience! I was getting nervous about an hour before my sister was leaving for work that maybe they wouldn't make it in time, so I called to check and the lady that answered was so patient and kind and let me know they would definitely be there by 2p as requested. Within minutes later, my sister sent a picture of the beautiful arrangement. They were literally out for delivery as I was speaking to the shop. She could have been irritated that I was checking in, but she wasn't in the least and politely settled my concern. Highly recommend Elizabeth Ann Florist & Gift Shop over a generic 1800... flower-type order. It was nice to have a real contact person and someone who provides good service as well!

VERY disappointed in flowers that were delivered to a funeral this past Friday. They were described to be as gorgeous, on fire and they were not that. Looked as though I’d gone to Costco and purchased roses and stuffed them in a vase that was way too large to show the arrangement that it SHOULD’VE been. Was told they would include fall leave than there were zero l Fall leaves. No happy but we will remember this funeral as one where we were NOT provided w/ what was described over the phone. Not again!!

Order process was simple and easy. Given a past review was nervous when I got a call saying the color of flowers ordered were not available. I asked, they will still look wonderful right? I was told: Yes. Flowers were for Mom's birthday in Dec... Mom loved them. My dad thought they were lovely. The pic mom sent was of beautiful flowers. I'm ordering Mother's Day flowers today from Elizabeth Ann!!

I ordered from them for a first time meeting of a new friend. I was driving 12 hours and wanted to send her some flowers for her birthday. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful, asked a few questions and then asked if I would like for her to put together something pretty that she knew would be well-liked. I graciously accepted and was not disappointed! They were delivered to my friend's workplace and she and the flowers were the talk of the whole building. We celebrated her birthday that night at dinner and the flowers lasted for 10 days! She was thrilled, I was thrilled and am now a future happy customer!

I have used this florist several times over the past 2-3 years. Every arrangement has been absolutely beautiful and superior to most arrangements we've sent or received from online companies; whose deliveries are not really comparable in quality. Sometimes you get an OK arrangement, but more often, not so much. The people I've talked to on the phone are friendly, will go over what flowers are available at the time, and will customize arrangements to include favorite flowers. I'm happy to have a local, independent florist that is so pleasant to work with and makes such beautiful arrangements.
