If you are looking for a well balanced, always different, challenging for where you are and be inspired to go farther Chris @ Elite Bodies is your trainer. He is most professional, well prepared, organized and clearly explains and demonstrates each exercise. The private studio is small and well equipped. He which really watches and correct your form as needed. I’ve been working out at Elite Bodies for a couple of months and feel stronger, more defined and have more energy. I strongly recommend Chris and appreciate all the value he gives to me as a client. I plan on continuing for a long , long time.
