My husband ordered me something for our anniversary and when I opened the box it was laying sideways instead of flat and everything was smooshed on one side. My order was definitely not packaged properly and un-edible. Advised my husband to contact company for a refund. Highy unacceptable not to care on how you send things out

This business has very poor customer service and took my money without providing the goods. Below is an explanation of the encounter. I checked to see if their location was open today since I wanted to place a same day order, which it was. Their website showed that they opened at 10am and closed at 3pm. I proceeded to call them. This was roughly around 11am. I called them twice and received no answer each time. However, I was directed to their website from the automated voice message. I went to their website which showed that if I placed my order within the next hour, I would be able to receive my order the same day. I made sure to pick this location to confirm if it was applicable for this location, which it was. I placed the order before the time limit expired. I needed to be today because it is my mom's birthday. I decided to do pick-up because it was easier for me. The pick-up option still applied to the same day order. Once I placed my order and PAID for it, I received an email confirmation of my payment and a SECOND email that the store received and confirmed my order. When I got to the store at 2pm, this was before their closing hours. There was NO ONE there. I called the store again 3 times, no answer. I knocked on the door, no answer. This was extremely disappointing because I depended on this for my mom's birthday and had already paid them. They are falsely advertising (false promo information) and not a reliable business (failure to provide service and inaccurate business hours online). I would not recommend to any potential customers considering this service.

My mom got an arrangement for her birthday and it was so good! The strawberries were huge and very fresh, as well as all the other fruits. Very cute gift for any occasion!

A 1-star review is more than this business should receive! I placed an order on 4/27 for a 5/7 delivery, anticipating this would be ample time to process the only request my daughter had for her birthday. When following up with my daughter yesterday the EA had not arrived. I called the phone number on the confirmation and was told the arrangement was out for delivery and given a Fed Ex tracking number. My background for 30+ years was logistics. When I entered the tracking number it was obvious the Fed Ex label was printed but the pkg was NOT picked-up. However I was told by the male I spoke with that the order was out for delivery. I followed up with Fed Ex and the pkg was never picked up. It was never delivered because...it was never picked up! When I called back this morning and spoke with Jessica I was told this was a Fed Ex problem but she would refund my money - and this makes it better how? I've now disappointed my daughter and this is the solution? She also mentioned that because of Mother's Day if I elected to place another order it couldn't be delivered for another week!!! I then spoke with David at Corporate and explained that if they really wanted to "make this right" they would get an order delivered to her today (one day late on an order that had an 11 day opportunity to deliver on time)! He offered me a $10 coupon off my next order. And I would place another order, why? I explained two things, 1) what I ordered, the choc covered bananas were no longer showing on their website, and 2) their website would allow me to place an order for same day delivery with a premium freight rate, so why was it not possible for them to get an order to my daughter, today (they obvious can do it for people who want to pay extra in shipping)! I was told my order had been refunded and that was all he could offer. So my question was, what did I do wrong? What did I need to do to get an order delivered on-time? Seems there is no answer to this question either at the store location (who places the blame on Fed Ex) or at Corporate. David finally told me I could call the local store and see if they could possibly get a shipment out, to which I responded he has now put the ownership on me, the customer, rather than the business taking ownership for their poor performance. He placed me on hold and then noted he could not get through to the local store. But he kindly offered me the phone number, which does not ring into anything. What has happened to Customer Service? Does this business not care? At the end of the day, I disappointed my daughter, I spent more than an hour trying to find a solution (since Corporate couldn't seem to come up with any) and the only thing we have ended up with is high blood pressure! Stay away from this company - they are unethical (did not tell the truth about Fed Ex) and they simply don't care - so please, don't waste your money!

The arrangement was tasty however when I placed my order they did not give me a delivery time frame so I called after COB (I noticed late) and I was given the time span of an hour. Less than 10 minutes later the delivery guy calls (which I am not home because I wasn’t given a delivery time and had some places to go) and long story short he was given an address in Duluth by the SHOP. I left my address on my order as one is required to do so I’m not sure whatsoever how the shop gave the driver a Duluth address. The driver seemed like a decent young man but he couldn’t find the address and when he found the neighborhood, he left it at the completely wrong house when my address was on the delivery slip and we’d given him the address as well. The houses in my subdivision have house numbers clearly displayed so I’m not sure how he left it at a home that starts with 2 rather than 4. Thankfully the resident was very understanding and called me and I was able to get it from her. I’m very dissatisfied with this establishment and this is my FIRST time ordering from them. I will just have to use Shari’s Berries next time and wait for them to ship here. I wish I could get a refund because this was not worth the hassle.

I am absolutely blown away by how amazing my service was! I wanted to order an arrangement for a family member that struggles with many allergies and dietary issues, and the workers were extremely patient and so helpful when working with me and what I needed! I ended up ordering a birthday bundle arrangement for my family, and the twix brownies for myself (it was all AMAZING!) I highly recommend!

There's no option to pick a delivery time online. This is not Amazon, an estimated delivery time is needed for service and satisfaction to be successful! This is a food service so just like you order pizza to be delivered at a certain time, I need this to be delivered between an estimated time. When I called customer service, I asked the agent if he would check on the delivery status; he claimed the order was being prepared. I asked when the item would be delivered he said that info was not available, but they deliver until 9pm. Because the item is perishable it's imperative that the person have it in their possession while they're at work and 9pm is beyond their work hours. I simply asked to have my order canceled. I hope they get this fixed because this 'no option to choose a delivery time' is a grave inconvenience.
