Love the multiple formats he used to provide the instructions; text, email, and hard copies. I had a wonderful experience at East Athens PT. Taylor welcomed me the same day I called for an appointment and was able to schedule my additional prescribed sessions during my first visit. The exercises I performed were very helpful, as were those I was given for “homework” between appointments. Appointment scheduling has been a mess. There is redundancy in pre-check-in surveys and check-in surveys. Electronic reminders and more surveys are over-the-top. Actual PT has been excellent for the first visit.

Unfortunately scheduling is a problem with limited staff at the Athens location. Appointments made then canceled with new appointments given without contacting me. Interesting to me was waking up sick, I was given one waiver to cancel the morning of with no exceptions if I had to cancel again. PTA that worked with me was great.
