I had my first visit for a basic exam today and I was very pleased! Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and seemed to really care. I had all my questions answered without ever being rushed. The office was nice too. 10/10 would recommend!

Before posting, I want to mention that I seldom go to the eye doctor. The last time I went was 2020. Having said that, I highly recommend this facility. Very clean, professional and the staff is amazing! From Jamie, Kally, to Dr. Riffel and Amy, who had so much patience with me while I was contemplating which frames to buy, this place left a lasting impression. Sure the total for new glasses was a little over my budget, and I might've been able to find it cheaper somewhere else, but the way they treated me, spoke to me and were transparent are the biggest reasons I decided to give them my business. You will not be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor’s office. Everyone I met was incredibly polite and professional. Dr. Poole is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything thoroughly. The staff was very knowledgeable in the field, and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was patient and detailed in explaining everything. Everyone made me feel comfortable and helpful. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the final moments of the actual visit we were treated with patience, cheery attitudes and efficient answers to our questions. Great office staff, clean facility, timely service and got an appointment the same day. Dr. Poole was amazing, he listened to me and checked out what was going on and had an immediate intervention. He was very comforting and also very clear when explaining what was going on, what he would do to treat it and what I could expect for the next few days. Good follow up from front office staff as they called back with an answer to a question that I had. I highly recommend this office for your vision needs.

I came in for my first ever eye exam, and I knew I also needed glasses due to my bad vision. Everyone in the office was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. I was self pay for glasses, and they were able to work with me and give me a price that was doable for my budget. I left very pleased, and with my new glasses in hand the same day. I can't recommend this office enough.
