This was my first time going here and they were amazing. I had a woman name Jennifer who cleaned my teeth and she was so nice! I was called back exactly at my appointment time and everyone was so kind. I am a curious person, so Jennifer answered all my teeth related questions! Dr. DuBose was especially nice and took the time to explain to me how my X-Rays looked and how I could improve my teeth cleaning routine. Overall, I had a great experience, the team here is truly wonderful. I definitely plan on coming back every 6 months!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible service! I waited 3 hours for nothing. I left to get my 2 year old lunch and when I came back they said they had called me already and could not longer attend me. I did ask how much longer I had to wait, before briefly getting my son lunch. The lady at front office said she did not know and two people were in front of me. I offered to wait for the people in front of me and they declined. They said I could go to Smith Dental. Some people don’t care about their clients just getting a paycheck.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dubose. I love his humor and his straight-forward approach to the issue. He's honest. His entire staff was wonderful to be around. This was my very first time....I WILL be going back! I felt as though I had known them for years. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office.

Back in summer 2022, I had terrible back molar pain, so I came here to have it situated. I first insisted just having the tooth removed fully. They said they could save it by getting a filling for it. I was also initially a walk-in client. It didn’t take long so that was a good thing. Anyways, I agreed, the doctor told me that I would possibly have some sensitivity to the cold and real hot temp with my tooth. It was still sore in a weird way, even after he got done. Speed to Nov/Dec 2022 up until now, I started having baddd pains in my right ear/side of my face that lasted for WEEKS, and I could tell that it was my nerves, some sort of infection. I needed more antibiotics and pain meds. I attempted to call the receptionist named Nikki yesterday (Thurs), and I told her about my issue, where I didn’t think the doc did a good job. She insisted she would call in my prescriptions and get it squared away. I was happy..only for a brief moment. You know I HATE to check behind grown folks, so I called CVS, they told me that didn’t even receive a call or prescription for me, but would check their voicemail since they did receive a few calls. So I called CVS back hrs later, the line was so busy I couldn’t even get through. So today (Fri) I called CVS again to make sure they checked to see if they received my prescription, they told me they checked all voicemails and didn’t have not even one prescription for me… mind you, my tooth is KILLING me to the point where I’m in tears.. and for Nikki to sit there, lie and act like she did her job is very TRASH. Of COURSE these ppl are closed today, so I haven’t been able to get in touch with ANYBODY (even their pager had me waiting for an HOUR before I hung up..) so I have to go a whole weekend in pure pain!!! These people are trash. Had they did a root canal the first time I came here last year I wouldn’t HAVE TO Go through ALL OF THIS!!! unacceptable!

Wow what can I say...The very BEST Dentist...very kind CARES so much about each and every patient that walks through the door..wonderful team..works together so get well. everyone drone the front office to everyone in the back..REALLY a loving and caring Team..I have to say thanks to my girl Tiffany for such and awesome job..i got to talk to Dr. DUBOSE about getting you a RAISE..PLEASE never stop being who you are and I'm talking about the WHOLE Team not you'll make people feel so relax and calm..ZLUV U ALL

Worst Dental experience I have ever had Never going back !!!! The office was outdated ,had an unpleasant smell , staff was not informative, wasn't able to be seen by the Dentist ,waited for hours for the staff to tell me that I would have even longer to be seen . Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
