This physician is essentially a mill for geriatric patients. They run the elderly in here every 6 months for the Medicare payments. Dr. Earhart does not listen and shows little regard for the lives under his care. A visit to Emory University Hospital revealed a litany of issues that were mentioned to Dr. Earhart on numerous occasions across multiple visits, and summarily ignored by him. Essentially all the issues my father complained of to Dr. Earhart, have been diagnosed and treated, or are in the midst of treatment at Emory. What kind of physician can miss an irregular heartbeat- afib- likely over a number of years. That has now been corrected. What type of physician fails to acknowledge sinus infections and explore treatments? My Dad has suffered from a deviated septum and infection in his nasal cavity for years. Dr. Earhart didn't think there was an issue. My dad has been diagnosed with COPD, where was the referral from Earhart? If you have an elderly parent that goes to this office and you do not live in nearby, PLEASE CHECK IN ON YOUR FAMILY. GET A SECOND OPINION

I was a patient of Dr Earhart for more than 12 years. I deal with Doctors daily as a pharmaceutical sales representative so I know what good competent doctors look like. You will not find a better more compassionate doctor than Dr Earhart. Dr Earhart is not a good Doctor he’s a GREAT Doctor. He takes time with his patients and is able to accurately diagnose the problem problems quickly. He’s very knowledgeable about all the best medications for the particular problem he’s treating. It’s very difficult to find Primary Care Physicians that provide the quality of care that Dr Earhart provides. I would give Dr Earhart my highest recommendation if your looking for a Primary Care Physician in the Athens Ga area.

I have been using this practice for about 14 years & they feel like family. Carrie, my PA, is wonderful. She is not only a great diagnostician but she listens & explains, plus she a very caring person. My nurse, Sarah, is the absolute best! The entire office staff is warm & helpful. Dr. Earhart did research on my rare cancer before seeing me--& never "talks down" to his patients. I cannot say enough good things about this group. If I truly need to be seen that day because of an acute illness the front desk will do their best to work me in for an appointment. I have found the best care for me!

Compassionate, professional, expedient group of healthcare providers with a phenomenal staff. Many times you can get same day appointments. The office is unlike any other in the area in that it has themed rooms and is not stark white. It’s decorated tastefully like a home and has a super convenient location with ample parking. The office has been voted best of Athens by the Athens Banner Herald multiple times. The physician and mid level providers are intelligent, knowledgeable and will fight insurance companies for what is right for the patient. The practice administrator is excellent- truly a testament to the profession- keeps the office running smoothly, efficiently and truly cares about the people they serve. This is one of the last truly independent practices in the area (not owned by a hospital), so they are not encumbered by hospital policies and politics. They accept a wide range of plans that are utilized in the area and also accept cash pay patients. A terrific place to get exceptional care in Athens, Oconee County and surrounding areas.

I moved to this area 2 years ago, and Dr Earhart was recommended by a work colleague. I had an amazing experience, all the staff are friendly and very helpful and Dr Earhart is attentive and very knowledgable. I highly recommend him!

Recently getting my prescription refilled has been a major chore with this office. I was prescribed a medicine that I need that would have cost $270 after insurance and all it took was telling the pharmacy to fill the generic version to get the cost to $10. The medical office staff took me through major changes, 2 days of calls back and forth to the office, my insurance company and my pharmacy! I had just recommended this office to a co-worker and this whole experience has made me rethink that. It's nothing more frustrating than needing your medicine, attending an appointment that took maybe 15 min. just to get a refill and being barred for 4 days from medicine you need due to someone from the office just not either knowing or not wanting to be bothered enough to say to the pharmacist fill the generic brand.! Geez!
