I have been doing business with this company for over fifteen years. At first I leased a printer when I was working for a non-profit and had large printing jobs. These guys worked with me and the custom card stock producers to get just the right printer and paper. After I left that position I began my own company but on a smaller scale. I bought a printer from Ken and Dave, and even though my printing needs are not as intense, they have always been here to help me. We recently got Optic Fiber cable out in the woods. Ken was able to get my Savin to see the new network remotely. But I guarantee you that if the remote operation had not worked, he would have driven out here. Look no further, this is the company you need!

I would recommend Ty and the DSI team any day of the week. The customer service is amazing and Ty did not try to up sell me anything like the other companies do. I was able to get the perfect set up for my office and the maintenance program is extremely convenient and they are very flexible on the financing option. Ty came in as a customer into my shop and with his honest opinion and no BS attitude he gained another customer as well.
