For a soft opening, it was PACKED. So the first thing I noticed is how quickly and efficiently they handled such a huge crowd. They handled it better than some veteran businesses here. They were super friendly and once our orders were taken it wasn't long until our dishes started coming out and boy was it delicious! The noodles were okay but it was their dumplings that made the lasting impression! For someone to call themselves a master at something is a bold statement. They did awesome, especially for a franchise. Definitely will be going back to try even more menu items!

This was exceptionally good and this was only my second time trying dumplings. We got 3 things to try. Pork soup dumplings, pan fried beef dumplings, and the chicken fried noodles. Plenty of food to split between 2 people and it was like $17 each so not expensive. Cool lil robot delivers your food.I can’t wait to go back and try more things. I wish it was in a better location not hidden on the outskirts of downtown so more people would know about it.

No one said anything to us for 20 minutes. I had to speak up over the whole restaurant to get someone's attention even after they watched us walk in. Service was not fast at all. We showed up at 1900 and waited till 1920 to even be talked to. Rags are left on tables. Empty bags in seats. The Service did get alot better. The waitress did have the robot dance and sing happy biethday to our kid and have it sting and dance for them. But still took me saying something after 20 minutes to get seen. Some tables never got cleaned up.

Amazing food amazing service great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back. The flavors had a depth you don’t find at many restaurants. Every single employee we dealt with was cheerful and extremely helpful. Food came so quickly. Boba is so good. A robot delivers your food. Hazzah.

Great atmosphere and vibe! I ordered a variety of items and they all came out so quickly and were so fresh. The drinks were also great to drink on the go, will for sure be back!

Their service was so fast even though it was so crowded! The cashier also answered all our questions! The bao buns were tasty but not the best I've had. The szechuan chicken smelled delicious, so I'd like to try that next. The oreo smoothie was the best I've had. Parking is annoying in the area when it's crowded.

Went with high hopes during opening week, when it was packed and they had a great drink special. Half of the soup dumplings arrived torn/broken but still tasted great. The har gao tasted exactly like the frozen ones we get at the asian grocery. Stir fried green beans were fine but not as savory and crunchy-blistered as the ones at New Red Bowl. Shanghai dumplings were delicious but a little dry. Overall the food was fine but not spectacular. We liked the food delivery robots and there's more to try on the menu, plus the place needs a little time to settle in. Was not a fan of the dismal blue-toned LED lighting but maybe it's less depressing during the daytime!

I've been to Chinatown in San Francisco, New York, L.A. and DFW. I know this is a small chain but the flavors are amazing. This was better than all of the other places. Spice level was perfect. If you're thinking about going do it today
