One star for the new return policy. I bought two pairs of jeans online but they were HUGE for the sizing. When I returned them in store the lady said “yeah, the sizing is way off with these jeans”. (So why isn’t this stated online??) That’s when I learned I couldn’t get a refund but only store credit. I’ve been a long time customer of Dress Up but as of today I will never shop there again. Ever.

Never ever thought that if I want a refund I had to get a store credit!!!! I don’t think that’s right. Other fine stores don’t do that. I really lost 80.00 because I didn’t see anything! Haven’t anyone seen stores that the clothing iD just not them but they force you to still buy something although their clothes are not your style. They have lost a lot of business. I love the staff workers.

Great prices and great service. Associates were so sweet and went over and above to help me find my size. Even taking clothes off a mannequin and calling other stores to look for my size. Clothes are trendy, cute, and well made. Cute accessories too!

Had the best experience there today, sales associate was super helpful and friendly (wish I had gotten her name), pulled a dress off the manequin and it was a perfect fit and so affordable! Definitely left happy and I’ll for sure be a regular customer from here on out!

Dress up -- my favorite boutique, hands down. They have amazing clothes that are on trend and always fit well and are of good quality. We're talking go-to t shirts all the way to a dress to wear to wedding-- so many different options. And best of all, their price range is usually $20-50 - for everything, it's too good to be true -- but it's real!!! I think what really makes them extra amazing is that their marketing is so well done, they truly value their customers and put thought into making sure that their customers come back. The stores are always super cute and the girls working there are so helpful. If you are a girl in your 20s -- this is the place to go. And PS -- we need one in Charleston,SC ASAP !!! I only get to ball out at Dress Up when I'm in Atlanta or Athens :))) Thanks for all of the love Dress Up -- I love you too !!!! Come to Charleston !!!

I am SO disappointed! I got a dress from this store as a gift but when I tried it on one side of the dress was so much longer than the other! And this is definitely not part of the style. Such a poorly made item! I also don’t live anywhere near the store so I couldn’t go back to get another one! I’ve never seen a dress this poorly made. Such a shame because it would’ve been so cute. Really check your clothes before you purchase them at this store!
