I cannot say enough great things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Rice takes the time to explain every step of the process, answers all of my questions, and truly cares about my dental health—not just rushing through appointments. I also appreciate how gentle and patient he is, especially with someone like me who used to dread going to the dentist. Now, I actually look forward to my visits! I have had nothing but great experiences from Dr. Rice and his staff. The military did a lot of work on my mouth, with that being said there is lots that has to be redone. The VA picked him to do it for me. I can not speak for the price of his service. The VA is fronting that bill. I can say that his office feels like family. I have noticed lots of the newer dentist offices feel like they are converyer belts. This one is not one of them. The staff is amazing and the work Dr. Rice does is top teir. If I had to pick my most favorite thing about this office, it would be the staff and atmosphere.

Absolutely FANTASTIC practice. If only I'd found them sooner, I would still have all my teeth! Unfortunately after many years of untreated gum disease the damage to my teeth became too much to bear, and I found myself needing dentures at a fairly young age. I had consultations with other dental practices but always left feeling unsure and kept putting it off. SO THANKFUL for Dr Rice's office! My first line of contact was Kristy, who is SO sweet and helpful and just an absolute delight to talk to; she immediately made me feel like I had found the right place. Everyone I have met here has been WONDERFUL, the whole staff is amazing, anytime I have expressed a fear or concern they have all done their best to put me at ease. I am always seen immediately, no waiting at all, which is SO rare in medical services. I never thought I could be so comfortable at a dentist's office! And Dr Rice is everything I had hoped for in a dentist. He is kind, patient, gentle, and experienced. I actually look forward to my appointments because I know I will be taken care of. Even the cost of service is great, they are SO reasonable. Again, if only I had found this practice a decade earlier I would have had the support I needed to take care of my teeth properly. My dental surgery was done elsewhere, but the denture fittings are done here and I'm amazed at how smoothly this is going. I've known many people with dentures and partials who had a hard time with it, and of course if you Google the process you're going to find horror stories galore. Thankfully my experience has been wonderful from day one, my first fitting left me surprisingly comfortable and I finally have my perfect, beautiful smile back! For anyone reading this, learn from my experience - let Dr Rice help you and take care of your precious teeth! Or if you're like me and it's already too late, don't let the fear hold you back - they will take excellent care of you and you'll feel like yourself again in no time!! 😁

Dr. Rice and his staff are great. I'm a senior citizen and needed dentures and dental work. He takes great care to ensure I am completely comfortable. His staff always finds a nice pillow for me. He built my dentures with expertise. They fit great and I have no discomfort. His entire staff is great also. Very friendly and nice group of ladies! I would give him 6 stars if I could!
