Writing this review on behalf of an older relative, who is not tech savvy enough to do so. She has been a patient here for years and we are in the process of getting her away from this money-hungry doctor. The practices I’ve heard her complain about are not only shady, but unethical. The office will try to schedule multiple unnecessary appointments within a 1-2 week span, charge a cancellation fee for cancels made well in advance, very little time with Dr. Agrawal during the visit, surprise bills that the office demands be paid before they’ll see you, etc. All to collect a copay and insurance payment. After I saw Dr. Ag lost a $4M malpractice lawsuit last year, these money-hungry practices made complete sense. I don’t understand how a medical “professional” is allowed to operate like this. We’ll be reporting his practices to a higher authority. Steer clear.

Dr Agrawal has been my doctor for a long time. He's the greatest. They always take my insurance cards and that's all I have to do. I'm not ever asked for a copay up front. The staff has always been kind and courteous from front desk to labs and nurses! I recommend Dr Agrawal to everyone! I love my doctor and his staff!

This place is horrible, you never sees the Dr, if you need to change your appointment, its $50.00 , if you miss your phone call, its $50.00. You never sees the Dr. because he's trying to run his heart center. Dr. Agrawal is all about money and his patients are paying a price, because you never sees him at the pain management. If anyone that's not satisfied you can call or do an online complaint to the Georgia Medical Board and make an complaint. I have made one and I'm letting other people know that you got that right to do this if you're having any issues with this facility.

Don't go here unless you absolutely have to. The doctor is a great friendly and knowledgeable person. However the office it's self is a disaster. I have great insurance, and have always just paid a co pay, but for some odd reason they made me pay up front, I asked about it and the lady at the desk told me it was some new procedure they do. After some calling around, I talked to a guy in billing, and had to actually tell him to submit it to my insurance, so he finally did, it went to my claims, and as expected all I owed was my co pay, so I waited for the reimbursement of the amount I paid. What I got in the mail, was another bill. So I called the billing department again, asked them about the bill, and the reimbursement. You have to submit a request just to get your money back, that you shouldn't have paid in the first place. So if your ok paying hundreds up front, and getting medical bills up to the eyes, this is the right place for you.

Horrible experience here. I was with this office for 6 years. I was 1 pill over when called in for a pill count and was penalized for 3 months by cutting my prescription in half. Needless to say I switched doctors. And the nurses are so disrespectful and have no bedside manners.

Its high time someone writes this review. Someone I knew went to see DR. Agrwal. He made him do tests he did not need. It happened to me as well but I was in a position to refuse the testing. My friend was not. Just because insurance pays for things does not mean doctors should abuse the system. It winds up costing everyone else in the long run.

This office is very communicative, professional, and polite. I have been here twice now and am glad that I switched doctors.

Employees are stressed and promise's are not kept for the staffing. The stress and hardship of employees is reflecting toward the patients. "Ripple's of Rudeness"
